My therapeutic approach is fundamentally spiritual, but you may be following a more chronological or practical path. Whatever is your path, it leads toward purpose, value, meaning, and appreciating yourself. Preparation is more than set and setting. I take a layered approach starting with a balanced brain. This extends to the body, family history, trauma, culture, memory, language, and personality. What are your problems? What is your intention? What other personalities represent you? Enlarge your normal states before venturing into other states. Start deeper conversations with yourself before altering your state. This will make integrating your experience easier. I work with • who you say you are • who you really are, what you think • what you feel • what your body says to you • how you relate to your body • where you've come from • where your parents have come from • who the important people are in your life • who the important people were in your life • where you're going, what drives you • what's meaningful for you • what nurtures you • how you behave • how you misbehave • what you think about yourself • what you think about death • what you dream • whether you're working to control your neurology, sex, spirit, and • what love is to you. If I've missed anything let me know. We can work on it.
