In 2001, Taz had an "aha" moment on Christmas Eve and decided to change her life by going to AA on her own. She forgave herself and others, then went beyond AA to do some inner/spiritual work. Taz has been to many healing workshops led by awesome people like Dr. Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Michael Beckwith, Rhys Thomas, Dain Heer, Scott Kiloby, Matt Kahn, and more. She's learned a ton in the past 22 years and loves to help others on their own journey. Taz is basically a badass healer. Taz takes individuals on an inward journey using a unique blend of the Mindful MAP tools and/or breathwork. No positive affirmations here, folks! She digs deep into the core issues residing in the depths of your soul. With experience working with hundreds of people, Taz holds a safe space by listening with no judgments. Breathwork Journey

A breathwork journey is a unique and transformative experience that involves intentional and conscious breathing techniques. It typically takes place in a safe and supportive environment. Here is what a breathwork journey will be like: 1. Preparation: Before beginning the breathwork session, I create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Participants are guided to get into a comfortable position of lying down. I encourage them to set intentions for the journey and create a safe space within themselves. 2. Conscious Breathing: I lead participants through a specific breathing technique, often deep and rhythmic breathing patterns. This deliberate breathing allows for increased oxygen flow and helps release tension and stagnant energy from the body. 3. Emotional Release: As the breathwork continues, participants may start to experience a range of emotions. Suppressed feelings, memories, and emotions can surface, creating a cathartic release. Crying, laughter, shaking, and other forms of emotional expression may spontaneously occur. 4. Physical Sensations: Alongside emotional release, participants may also experience various physical sensations. These can include tingling, vibrations, temperature changes, and heightened sensitivity. It is important to trust the process and allow these sensations to unfold naturally. 5. Deep Healing: The breathwork journey often provides an opportunity for deep healing on multiple levels. Participants may gain insights into past experiences, patterns, and belief systems that are holding them back. They can release stored trauma, stress, and negative energy, allowing for personal growth and transformation. 6. Expansion of Consciousness: As the breathwork journey progresses, participants may enter a state of expanded awareness and altered consciousness. This heightened state can bring about profound spiritual experiences, a sense of connection to something greater, and a deeper understanding of oneself and the world. 7. Integration and Grounding: Towards the end of the breathwork session, I guide participants in grounding and integration techniques. This allows individuals to assimilate their experiences, process any insights gained, and bring their journey to a close. Group sharing or journaling may also be encouraged as a means of reflection and integration. 8. Aftercare and Support: After the breathwork journey, participants are given time for relaxation and are provided with support and guidance. I offer suggestions for self-care practices, journaling, or further integration work. Participants are encouraged to nurture themselves and honor any emotions or insights that arose during the session. In these sessions, we will explore your subconscious mind with a sense of awareness. I will guide you to uncover patterns, beliefs, traumas, emotions and body issues. These will be observed from a neutral perspective, allowing you to process any hidden energies that may be stuck in your body. By facing these shadows with love, we create a safe and nurturing environment for healing and transformation.
