The Process

STEP

1

Request a free phone consultation with a Quest representative to discuss whether ketamine therapy is right for you.
STEP

2

After speaking with a Quest representative, you will be offered an individualized treatment regimen. On the day of your session, you will be offered eye covers and headphones, which play music created specifically for ketamine therapy. You are welcome to bring your own music as well, but we recommend choosing music created specifically for ketamine and psychedelic therapy.
STEP

3

At Quest, we provide a comfortable and welcoming space that has been created specifically for ketamine therapy. We strive for the ideal environment that allows you to safely explore the experience and heal.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

An Integrative Therapy For many patients, we recommend integration psychotherapy in addition to ketamine treatment. Studies show medication plus psychotherapy is more effective than either treatment alone. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy synergistically combines medicine with integrative therapy to support your intrinsic healing. The Process Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy shows great promise by combining psychotherapy with ketamine therapy. This can done by receiving ketamine in an infusion through a normal ketamine treatment session, then following that treatment with KAP either immediately after or within a few days. Another method is to explore and be guided through the experience with a therapist. This is typically done by administering by a single intramuscular injection or as a lozenge which is held under the tongue for several minutes. Throughout your psychedelic experience, you will be accompanied by a licensed mental health provider who specializes in psychedelic therapy. For many, both these methods can lead to deeper longer-lasting results than treatment alone. Effective and Lasting Results Many gain powerful insights into the root causes of the issues holding them back and are able to talk through them more effectively. This generally leads to significantly deeper therapy over a much shorter amount of time. This method is especially effective in treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, substance use disorders, etc.

NAD+ Treatment

NAD (Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) treatment has gained popularity in recent years due to its promising health benefits. NAD can be given in an intravenous infusion by itself or simultaneously as an infusion with ketamine. The Benefits Here are some of the benefits associated with NAD treatment. Increased energy production NAD plays a crucial role in the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is the primary energy currency of cells. NAD treatment can enhance cellular energy production, leading to increased energy levels and improved overall vitality. Anti-aging effects NAD levels decline naturally with age, and this decline is associated with various age-related diseases and conditions. NAD treatment can potentially slow down the aging process by replenishing NAD levels and supporting cellular repair and regeneration. Improved brain function NAD is involved in various brain functions, including DNA repair, energy metabolism, and neurotransmitter synthesis. NAD treatment has shown promising effects in improving brain health, cognitive function, and memory. Neuroprotective effects NAD treatment has been found to protect neurons against oxidative stress, inflammation, and other damaging factors. This neuroprotective effect can potentially help in the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Addiction recovery support NAD treatment has been used in addiction recovery programs to help individuals overcome drug or alcohol dependence. NAD can help reduce withdrawal symptoms, cravings, and anxiety associated with addiction, thus facilitating the recovery process. Enhanced athletic performance NAD is involved in energy metabolism and muscle function. NAD treatment can potentially improve athletic performance by increasing energy production, reducing fatigue, and supporting muscle recovery. Weight management NAD treatment has been linked to improved metabolic function and increased fat burning. It may help individuals achieve and maintain a healthy weight by boosting metabolism and supporting overall metabolic health.

Couples Ketamine Therapy

This method of therapy is highly effective for couples, as ketamine therapy creates a space and feeling where each partner is able to speak and listen more freely, without the barriers of everyday life and normal consciousness. This allows couples to dive deep into themselves and each other while increasing communication and problem-solving at much deeper levels.

Mitchell E. Keszler, CRNA, ARNP · Founder / Medical Director

Mitchell is a board certified anesthesia provider, and has safely administered ketamine to over 10,000 patients in his career. He is a member of the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists and Practitioners (ASKP3). He is passionate in helping improve the lives of those suffering with depression, chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety and many others. While attending anesthesia school, Mitchell became fascinated with studies where ketamine was employed, not only as an anesthetic, but as an adjunct to psychotherapies and chronic pain treatments. The results were astounding and demonstrated effectiveness when other treatments and therapies had failed, however, these therapies weren’t being offered in most regions of the world. He became intent on pursuing these treatments, training at the Ketamine Training Center, where he further specialized in ketamine therapy. Being an expert in the field of anesthesiology, Mitchell ensures patients receive these medications with the utmost standards of safety. Mitchell is excited to be able to offer these treatments in his home region of the Pacific Northwest. Mitchell completed his undergraduate studies at Washington State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After graduation, he began his professional career in the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit at the University of Washington, in Seattle. He went on to attend anesthesia school at the University of Scranton, in Pennsylvania, where he received a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesiology, graduating with honors. After graduate school, he pursued his anesthesia career in a high-acuity trauma hospital in Spokane, Washington. Since then, he has specialized in anesthesia for outpatient surgery, dentistry, and ketamine therapy throughout the Pacific Northwest. When he’s not treating patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their teenage son and daughter. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, and anything else involving outdoor activities in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
