At Constellation Healing Arts, we've been guiding individuals on their healing journeys for over a decade. As a two-person operation, we offer a personal touch, specializing in psychedelic plant-spirit medicine, family and systemic constellations, and more. We create intimate, safe spaces for those seeking to reconnect with themselves and love. Our mission is to help you unite your life experiences, heal, and move forward toward your purpose.
Dr. Michaelene Ruhl, PsyD believes there is Healing through Connecting and creates a loving and compassionate, safe and sacred place for you to learn about, honor, and apply your strengths, courage, and power to heal, which creates peace and balance within and with others.
Each plant-spirit medicine and integration session provides you with the experiences you need to begin to thrive and move forward in your life; living from a stronger perspective and handling challenges that arise in a new and healthy way. These experiences may lead to an increase in self-confidence, self-esteem, and well-being as well as decreases in anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship tensions. “It is our honor to be of service, supporting you on your path of healing to reconnect with love for Self and others."

Dr. Michaelene earned her doctoral degree in Humanistic and Clinical Psychology from the APA accredited Michigan School of Psychology. She has been practicing for over 15 years. In addition to her private practice and workshop schedule, she is creates classes, trainings, and retreats.

From complimentary call to discovery session to integration, Dr. Michaelene is honored to hold this sacred healing space for you. From music selection and meditations, she thoughtfully curates your experience from intention to integration, while also providing a recording of your session (with your permission).

Extensive Questionnaire
This is to be filled out before your first visit and/or your discovery session or first immersion session. It is a lengthy form with various personal and family history questions top help Dr. Michaelene get to know you, your intentions. It may take approximately 1-2 hours. You are able to save during the process.

Plant-Spirit Medicine Immersion Session(s)
These are 6-hour long plant-spirit medicine therapy sessions.
Whether you've had a challenging life journey or one that has sparked divine awareness, it is learning to unite those experiences into your every day life that is pertinent to your understanding, healing, and moving forward toward your purpose. It is a way of being more present in the moments and connecting or reconnecting with love... love for yourself and those with whom you are in relationship.
The immersion packages give you an opportunity to choose one or multiple journeys, as it has been researched that three is the optimal number to experience, especially those with trauma, treatment resistant diagnoses, or those feeling really stuck in their lives.

To discuss and integrate your experience(s) and begin to integrate/weave what you have experienced into your life.
We also offer an in-person integration circle gathering once per month.

My Story of Healing through Connecting™
Healing through Connecting™ is not just a theory… it is a fact, it is proven, it is seen and felt by many. I lived for so many years without true connection - except for the connection I had with my maternal grandfather. I am still connected with him to this day, even after his passing several years ago. I didn’t learn how to connect, really connect with anyone, including myself, until I was in my late thirties and even then I was still leery.
Strength & Love
We often can have a skewed definition of “be strong” in our society. From “toxic masculinity” to “don’t cry” to “put on a strong front” even when we feel like we will break. Breaking takes great strength, seeing, reconnecting, and receiving love again does, too, especially if life experiences seemingly tell or show us otherwise.
Courage is a Given
Ever since I watched the “Wizard of Oz” and saw the cowardly lion, I have been amazed and curious about courage. It is an essential key to moving forward in life, to healing. Change and growth sprout from courage and without courage we are stuck. To help understand courage a bit more, let’s explore courage as an existential given.
