Hello! I’m Kayli and it’s been a series of synchronistic events that led me down this path. Being here now, I feel so grateful that both my passion and purpose have aligned. From my very first mystical experience with psilocybin, nearly fifteen years ago, I was forever changed by the insights that were revealed to me. Over the years I have returned to the medicine often, in the woods, deserts, mountains of Oaxaca, amongst my closest friends and partners, always using it with intention, with the purpose of releasing stuck patterns and gaining clarity for my healing, and the healing of others. I have an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, where I trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I view individuals through a psychodynamic lens, utilizing somatic techniques, mindfulness practices, attachment-theory, and a transpersonal approach to guide clients towards finding peace and wholeness within themselves, and in their interpersonal relationships. In 2023 I received certification in Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy from Fluence where I trained in a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach. I spent a year apprenticing in a ketamine clinic, however psilocybin remains the medicine that I feel most called to. I’ve lived in New York, Los Angeles, and Asheville, before ending up here in Portland. The trees got me! Prior to entering the field of mental health, I worked as a writer. Always curious about the lives of others, I am intimately aware of how the stories we stick to can stick to us too—and how cathartic it can be when we release them. I am warm, nurturing, funny, intelligent, intuitive, and non-judgmental. I welcome people from all backgrounds and communities into my practice.

The Process

STEP

1

Introduction Call To begin, let’s get to know each other with a complimentary call. Here you can ask any questions and I can share with you a deeper look into the process. If we decide to move forward, I will then send you an in-depth intake form that will help both of us begin to understand what our work will be together.
STEP

2

PREP Either in person or on zoom, we will meet twice, in the days and weeks prior to your administration session. Here, you’ll work to decide which direction you’re shooting the arrow of your intentions in, while also developing trust in wherever it may go. In this time, I’ll work to understand how I can best support you on this journey, what tools we can bring in to make sure you feel as grounded as possible, and, if it serves you, we will work to cultivate mindfulness or somatic tools for regulation.
STEP

3

JOURNEY We’ll begin by assuring you feel a sense of groundedness, that you are comfortable and prepared to surrender to the experience. You will relax back on to a bed with an eyeshade on, listening to a curated playlist that will guide you through your journey. I will be by your side the entire time, safely holding the container, writing down material, holding your hand whenever requested, directing you inward while also engaging with you when you come out. We may be together for four hours, or even eight. There is no rush to this process.
STEP

4

INTEGRATION Days after your journey session we will meet again in person or on zoom. Here you will have a safe space to unpack and work to make meaning of what came up for you on your journey. What behaviors, thoughts, and feelings are shifting? What patterns are you working to release? There may be journaling, art, movement, or nature involved in this process. Our second integration session will be a few weeks later, to allow more time for unfolding to occur. If future integration sessions are desired, they can be booked separately.
