At 42 years of age, I grew up in the countryside of Hertfordshire, England, immersed in nature. My enduring interest in natural well-being, health, and fitness prompted me to pursue studies in these areas. Since 2010, I’ve been certified as a personal trainer, circuit trainer, and nutritional advisor, specialising in plant-based diets. Throughout most of my adult life, I’ve been a traveller of the world, living on four continents and embracing the beauty of many diverse cultures. In 2012, my journey brought me to Peru, initially as a volunteer worker in the city of Arequipa, situated in Southern Peru – the home town of my wonderful wife. Eventually, we chose to settle down and build a family in the captivating jungle region of Peru. For the past eight years, I’ve been residing in Pucallpa, situated in the Amazon jungle of Peru, alongside my wife and son. During this time, I’ve been privileged to collaborate with various tribal ethnic groups, such as the Shipibo, Ashaninka, Kukama, and many others. Pucallpa is a city in the Eastern region of Peru, nestled along the banks of the Amazon River. Serving as the capital of the Ucayali region, it stands as the second-largest city in the Amazon region. Peru boasts 51 indigenous communities, each with its distinct traditions and way of life. Through the support of charitable organisations like ACD Maroto (dedicated to preserving Shipibo culture), The Bilingual Institute of Pucallpa (a university serving indigenous communities), and The Shipibo Territorial Government (committed to protecting and preserving Shipibo land), I’ve had the honour of collaborating with 14 of these ethnic groups. Ashaninka inaugaration bilingual institue of Pucallpa Kakataibo gate community of Sinchi Roca, San Alejandro I consider myself fortunate to have gained insights into several remarkable traditions, particularly those involving the use of natural medicines and plants native to the Amazon. Among the medicines I’ve had the privilege of working with are Kambo (derived from the sacred frog’s secretion), Ayahuasca (a sacred hallucinogenic drink crafted from the ayahuasca vine and the leaves of the chacruna plant), San Pedro (a sacred hallucinogenic cactus), Rapeh (a sacred powder composed of wild tobacco blended with other plants), Sananga (eye drops made from the roots of the uchu sanango tree), and Ayahuma (also known as the wizzard tree). Ayahuasca and chacruna, cooking preperation I’ve gained hands-on experience with plant dietas, medicinal plant baths, medicinal plant saunas, spiritual cleanings, as well as the preparation of decoctions, concoctions, extractions, salves, creams, teas, and remedies using Amazonian plants. I am delighted to have the chance to return to Europe and share this wealth of knowledge. Sacred Kambo medicine One of the shamans conveyed to me, “Engaging in these practices in the Amazon jungle is valuable, but there will come a time when you must bring this knowledge back to where it is most needed and assist your people.” That moment has now arrived. Since my return to the UK, I’ve been working towards incorporating my previous studies with a range of natural treatments, including Kambo, healing plant saunas, tobacco purges, and negative energy removal. While these treatments yield excellent results in addressing past traumas, enhancing mental clarity, and making enduring lifestyle adjustments. Healing involves not only looking to the past to mend damages but also considering the future. For sustained healing and personal transformation, it requires ongoing effort and commitment, rather than a quick fix. If you’re reading this, you’ve likely decided to embark on your healing journey, aspiring to become the best version of yourself and shed the burdens you’ve carried for too long. However, it’s crucial to contemplate the changes that can be implemented after initiating this journey to ensure that healing, happiness, and the ‘new you’ continue to thrive and evolve. Navigating the changes needed in our daily lives for continued healing can be challenging, often requiring some guidance. To address this, I offer a unique solution. In addition to the natural treatments, I provide a personalised health guide specifically designed to meet your individual needs. The Process

STEP

1

Embarking on a healing journey with traditional Amazonian medicines, such as Kambo, Ra’peh, Ayahuasca, Sananga, Wild Tobacco Purge (Mapacho), San Pedro Cactus, and Ayahuma, involves a deeply transformative process that unfolds in carefully designed steps, ensuring that individuals are holistically prepared and supported from the initial consultation through to aftercare integration. The journey begins with an initial consultation and assessment, where individuals meet with an experienced practitioner or shaman to discuss their health history, current conditions, and healing intentions. This step is crucial for ensuring that the chosen traditional medicines are suitable for the individual’s needs, setting the stage for a personalized healing plan. The practitioner will offer insights into the benefits and potential risks of each medicine, helping to establish clear intentions for the journey ahead.
STEP

2

Following the consultation, the next phase is preparation, which is designed to optimize the body and mind for the healing experience. Individuals are guided through dietary adjustments, mental preparation practices, and physical preparations such as fasting, aiming to purify and ready themselves for the treatment sessions. This preparatory phase is vital for enhancing the efficacy of the medicines and ensuring safety throughout the healing process. The treatment sessions themselves mark the core of the healing journey, where individuals undergo ceremonies or sessions with the selected medicines under the watchful eye of their practitioner. These sessions are conducted with utmost respect and care, often incorporating rituals that facilitate a deep connection to the healing process. Participants might experience profound emotional releases, spiritual insights, and significant physical health improvements, guided by the wisdom of both the practitioner and the traditional medicines.

The final step, aftercare integration, is essential for weaving the insights and transformations experienced during the treatment into the fabric of daily life. This may include follow-up consultations, participation in support groups, and the adoption of practices such as meditation and journaling, alongside meaningful lifestyle changes. The aim of aftercare integration is to ensure that the healing journey yields lasting benefits, fostering continued growth, well-being, and an enriched sense of life’s purpose.
