Microdosing Is a Skill, Not a Pill
Shapeshift’s approach begins with the idea that microdosing is not simply a product or dosing schedule. It is a practice that may involve clear intentions, careful observation, personal reflection, supportive routines, and adjustments based on the individual. Rather than applying the same formula to every client, Jurene and Mark work collaboratively to help each person develop an approach aligned with their goals, lifestyle, and circumstances.
This personalized structure may include education about microdosing, preparation and intention setting, development of an individualized protocol, methods for tracking experiences, and coaching intended to help clients translate insights into meaningful action. Shapeshift describes its role as educational and coaching-based rather than medical care, and encourages clients to consult qualified healthcare professionals when appropriate.
A Structured Process Built Around the Individual
Shapeshift begins with a complimentary introduction call designed to help the prospective client and coach determine whether they are a good fit. Those who continue complete an intake process exploring their background, current circumstances, intentions, and goals before meeting with a coach to discuss an appropriate path forward.
From there, the process may include preparation, personalized protocol development, and ongoing integration coaching. Preparation focuses on intention, mindset, environment, and practical readiness. Protocol development considers factors such as timing, rhythm, personal routines, tracking methods, and supportive practices. Integration sessions then help clients reflect on what they are noticing and translate useful insights into meaningful changes in daily life.

Coaching Options for Different Levels of Support
Shapeshift offers several ways to begin, depending on how much education, structure, and ongoing support a client is seeking. Someone who is still exploring may start with an introductory session covering common microdosing practices, realistic expectations, intention setting, and questions to consider before moving forward.
Clients looking for a more individualized approach can receive
preparation support and personalized protocol development based on their goals,
routines, and circumstances. Shapeshift also offers longer coaching programs
that combine preparation, individual sessions, customized planning, reflective
tracking, and integration support over time. For clients who want continued
accountability after completing an initial program, ongoing monthly coaching is
available to address changing goals, experiences, and support needs.

Is Shapeshift the Right Fit for You?
Shapeshift may be a strong fit for individuals who want more than general information or a standardized schedule. Its coaching model is designed for people seeking individualized preparation, a structured protocol, reflective tracking, and ongoing support as their goals and experiences develop.
The service may be especially relevant for those who value one-to-one collaboration, want help clarifying their intentions, or prefer an approach that connects microdosing with broader personal-growth practices. A complimentary introductory call gives prospective clients an opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and determine whether the coaching relationship feels appropriate before committing to a program. Shapeshift provides educational and coaching services rather than medical or healthcare treatment. Individuals should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when making decisions involving their physical or mental health.
