Vivid Minds Cafe is OPEN! We are in Denver, Colorado, as the state's third licensed psychedelic healing center. This establishment will offer supervised psilocybin-assisted experiences, aiming to provide a "go-to destination for functional mushroom coffee & tea, and transformative psilocybin-assisted experiences". Vivid Minds Wellness is a licensed psilocybin healing center offering a thoughtfully designed environment for individuals seeking intentional, guided psychedelic experiences rooted in safety, professionalism, and personal transformation. Operating under Colorado’s Proposition 122 framework, Vivid Minds stands among the early wave of legally compliant centers helping shape the future of psychedelic-assisted wellness. At its core, Vivid Minds is built around the belief that meaningful healing occurs at the intersection of structure, intention, and community. The center provides a spectrum of guided psilocybin experiences tailored to varying levels of familiarity and depth—from introductory microdose sessions to full-day private journeys. Each experience is facilitated by trained, licensed professionals who support participants through preparation, the journey itself, and integration, ensuring that every step is grounded, intentional, and supported. What distinguishes Vivid Minds is its integration of psychedelic work with complementary wellness modalities. Sessions often incorporate practices such as yoga, breathwork, meditation, and creative expression, including one of Colorado’s only psilocybin-assisted art therapy programs. These offerings are designed not only to deepen the experience itself, but to help participants access emotional insight, regulate the nervous system, and translate their experiences into lasting personal growth. Accessibility is another defining pillar of the Vivid Minds model. While many psychedelic therapy experiences remain financially out of reach for most individuals, Vivid Minds has structured its offerings to be significantly more approachable, with group sessions available at lower entry points while still maintaining high standards of care and facilitation. The physical space reflects the same intentionality as the programming. Designed to feel warm, safe, and immersive, the center accommodates small groups to preserve intimacy and individualized attention. In addition to its healing center, Vivid Minds also operates a nearby café that serves functional mushroom beverages and hosts wellness-oriented community events—creating a low-barrier entry point for those curious about the space and its philosophy before committing to a full experience. Led by a founding team with deep roots in the psychedelic and wellness space, Vivid Minds combines visionary leadership with a grounded, human-centered approach. The organization emphasizes ethical facilitation, informed consent, and participant autonomy—reinforced by its stance that psilocybin use is always optional within its sessions, allowing individuals to engage at their own pace and comfort level. Ultimately, Vivid Minds Wellness positions itself as more than a service provider—it is a curated ecosystem for personal exploration, emotional release, and conscious evolution. By blending modern clinical standards with holistic practices and community-driven values, it offers a compelling model for what the next generation of psychedelic healing centers can look like.

The Process

STEP

1

Explore the session options and choose the experience that fits your goals. New clients begin by reviewing Vivid Minds’ range of offerings, which includes microdose sessions, breathwork, yoga, art therapy, extended journeys, and private one-on-one experiences. The center is designed to serve both first-time participants and those seeking deeper inner work, with dosing kept optional across session types so clients can choose the level of engagement that feels right for them.
STEP

2

Complete intake and eligibility screening before booking. Before attending, clients must be adults age 21 or older and complete Vivid Minds’ intake screening process. The business notes that no doctor’s referral, diagnosis, or prescription is required under Colorado’s natural medicine framework, but clients are expected to disclose medications and relevant health considerations honestly so the team can review any issues in advance and help ensure the experience is appropriate and well-prepared.
STEP

3

Book your session and receive guidance on how to prepare. Once a client selects a session, they can book online and choose a date and time, with group sessions requiring advance notice and private journeys requiring more lead time. In preparation, clients are encouraged to reduce alcohol, prioritize sleep, eat lightly before arrival, wear comfortable clothing, and spend time clarifying a personal intention for the experience. Vivid Minds also notes that facilitators provide additional guidance based on the specific session type selected.
STEP

4

Arrive at the healing center and begin with intention setting. When clients arrive, the experience begins in a licensed healing center led by trained clinical facilitators. Sessions are structured to create a safe, welcoming, and professional environment, and typically open with intention setting so each participant can ground themselves, clarify what they hope to receive from the session, and enter the experience with focus and support.
STEP

5

Move through the guided session experience with facilitator support. From there, clients take part in the core experience they selected, which may include yoga, sound bath, meditation, breathwork, art therapy, or a quieter inward journey. Depending on the format, psilocybin may be incorporated as an optional microdose or fuller guided dose. Throughout the process, Vivid Minds emphasizes professional facilitation, small group sizes, participant choice, and a calm setting intended to support emotional openness, self-reflection, and meaningful personal exploration.
STEP

6

Integrate the experience before leaving and continue the work afterward. Each session closes with dedicated integration elements such as journaling, a closing circle, and conversation with facilitators, often alongside herbal tea and light snacks. Vivid Minds frames integration as the process of making meaning from the experience and applying insights to everyday life. Clients are encouraged to rest afterward, avoid major decisions for at least 24 hours, and continue deeper processing with a therapist if significant emotional material surfaced during the session.
