Tree of Life Temple is a earth centered church with a focus on fully integrating our spiritual beingness into our physical bodies. We believe that heaven on earth is not only possible, but is our birthright as humans. It is our goal to help humanity achieve this state of being through remembering and embodying our divine blueprint. We believe that this is possible through re-establishing a strong connection between our physical bodies and our higher selves' I AM presence. Tree of Life Temple guides our members along this path using deep somatic practices, Andean shamanism, and plant medicines. We believe that an integration of and, resolution of conflict between, body, mind, and spirit, is what is being called forth on earth at this time. In this three-day sacred plant medicine retreat you will experience a carefully curated combination of plant medicines intertwined with guided somatic practices to drop you deep into the healing wisdom and creative potential of your body. Somatic Shamanism

What it is: Somatic Shamanism is a 12 week course that combines foundational practices from Andean shamanism with deep somatic practices rooted in teachings from leaders in the field of modern somatic therapy. Our existence in this human form is a collaboration between our body, mind, and soul. For most of recorded history, spirituality has focused primarily on the spirit or soul and the mind or wisdom teachings. The part of this existence that we haven't integrated, and many times have even been taught to disregard or transcended, is the body. Some spiritual teachings even treat the body like a prison. You may hear people refer to it as a skin suit we are temporarily wearing. While there is an element of truth to this, we must understand that this body and this life is a beautiful gift, and that working within the denseness of this physicality can create profound energetic shifts at all levels of existence. Somatic Shamanism was created with the belief that our bodies hold an important key to the lessons we incarnate to learn on this planet, and that when we learn to collaborate with them in a good and respectful way that our individual and collective realities will undergo a massive shift. This course provides tools that will enable us to become aware of, take responsibility for, and shift the subconscious beliefs of our mind as well as learn to hold space for the full spectrum of human emotions in the body without repression or judgment. As we move through the course, implementing these rituals and teachings, the shifts in our mind and body will naturally magnetize a higher level of conscious awareness into our bodies. Over time, and with commitment, this divine love union of body, mind, and soul will allow us to step into our natural role as conscious creators of our reality, living in harmony with this earth. Emeline Crutcher, PhD · Founder, Tree of Life Temple

Emeline is a shaman, guide, teacher, and space holder for those wishing to connect with their own personal power, purpose, and divine inspiration. She facilitates a space for healing and remembrance through connection with nature and the elements and guides in a way that honors the connection between body and earth. She works with sacred plant medicines, sound healing, and teaches deep somatic practices to help integrate and ground higher states of conscious awareness into the physical body with the goal of creating a state of alignment and flow between body, mind, and spirit. Emeline was initially called to the path of sacred plant medicines and somatic therapy to heal physical and psychological ailments brought on by unprocessed childhood trauma that led to deep emotional suppression and disconnection from self. She provides a safe and nurturing space for all who are processing personal, ancestral, and collective trauma, and is dedicated to making the same level of healing and self-discovery she has received available to others. Emeline practices and teaches Q'ero Andean shamanism and has been initiated as Pampamessayoc in this lineage. Her practices are also deeply rooted in the codes of the Rose and she has received priestess training in Venusian Temple Arts from the Rose Lineage. Her somatic practices stem from the teachings of Peter Levine, Gabor Maté, Irene Lyon, and others. Additionally, she has an extensive background in science and biotech and holds a Ph.D. in Genetics and Neurodevelopment from Baylor College of Medicine. She has a passion for understanding more deeply the truth of our existence and the natural order of life on this planet and beyond. This background informs Emeline's work with others in a way that brings the structure of intellectual thinking into union with the intuition of feeling. She is dedicated to empowering each individual she works with through facilitating the inner divine union of the duality of our human existence to cultivate connection and flow with the One. Through connection to divine source Love, Emeline holds a space for safe exploration and integration of both light and dark inner aspects while providing resources to enable the conscious choice of desired reality. It is her ultimate goal to help others discover and embody their own unique personal power in a way that is in alignment with the highest good of themselves and all beings.

Sonia was first called to plant medicine while seeking guidance navigating the mental chaos and external losses resulting from the end of a traumatic relationship. She discovered through plant medicine and the wisdom of her own body that this internal suffering was part of deep ancestral roots and layers of trauma stemming from childhood. Sonia is initiated as a Paqo in the Q’ero Andean shamanic lineage. Aligning with the teachings of this lineage, she believes in creating balance and harmony amongst individuals, families, animals, the community and the universe. She is a practitioner of Kriya breathwork and guides groups with the breath to attain an experience of oneness. Sonia also weaves Somatic Integrative Embodiment, Feminine Mysteries, and Sacred Sexuality practices into her work, following the teachings of the Venusian Priestess Path. Through these practices she helps others to heal deeply through the body rather than the mind, recognizing that to expand and evolve we must build our capacity to hold with love and acceptance the entire spectrum of polarity - both the shadow and the light. Her teachings guide the mind to stillness and open the heart to embody the frequency of its truest desires. Equus energy coaching is a core pillar of Sonia’s work, utilizing dynamic partnerships with horses to create a playful, open, and authentic environment that facilitates dramatic enhancement of self-awareness. This work leverages the natural groundedness and embodiment of horses to mirror our own vibration, allowing a deeper connection to felt sensations and emotional states.
