In the medicine sessions, I will guide you with kindness and curiosity, helping take you deeper into your own wisdom and natural connections the medicine guides you to. After the medicine sessions, I will help you integrate your experiences and make sense of them in your day to day life.
The Process
STEP

We make an initial appointment and then see if you might be a good fit for Ketamine Assisted Therapy
STEP

If so, I would have you meet with our Psychiatrist to make sure it is a good fit medically.
STEP

Then we would meet for two more sessions to get a good grasp of what you want to work on, and what your goals are.
STEP

Then we have your medicine session (2-3 hours)
STEP

Then we have an Integration session follow up two-four days after.

This retreat offers a warm, dynamic place to reflect and focus on the idea that we can allow ourselves to surprise ourselves, to invite in change with openness and humor. We will all look around the circle of amazing women and settle into the knowing that we are exactly who and where we need to be in our lives. Yoga and Meditation will be offered, as well as group circles and a Ketamine Assisted Therapy lozenge session and Integration. The setting is a beautiful small, private retreat center on Whidbey Island, with all delicious vegetarian meals prepared for you by a local chef. All you need to do is prepare yourself with the juicy individual and group sessions we have laid out for you prior to the retreat, then show up, rest into the journey and be transformed.
