Step 2: Screening & Alignment
Safety and readiness are essential. During this stage, Teddy reviews your intake information and discusses any potential contraindications, mental health concerns, or medications that might affect psychedelic work.
Together, you’ll explore your intentions, boundaries, and expectations — clarifying whether preparation, microdosing support, or full journeywork aligns best with your current needs.
Step 3: Preparation
Preparation is where the journey truly begins. These sessions focus on cultivating mindfulness, body awareness, and grounding practices to help you enter expanded states with confidence and clarity.
You’ll set intentions, explore what you’re ready to release or call in, and learn techniques to navigate challenging emotions or sensations. This stage helps ensure that when medicine is introduced, you feel safe, supported, and fully present.
Step 4: Guided Journey Session
When you’re ready, you’ll move into your guided journey experience. These sessions — often with psilocybin or cannabis — are held in a safe, serene environment designed for deep inner exploration.
Teddy serves as your mindful companion and space-holder, ensuring you remain comfortable, supported, and sovereign throughout your experience. Whether the journey is inwardly reflective or profoundly expansive, it unfolds in your own timing and wisdom.
Step 5: Integration
Integration is where the real transformation takes root. After your journey, Teddy supports you in weaving your insights into daily life through mindful reflection, creative practices, and embodiment tools.
Integration sessions help you process what emerged, make meaning of the experience, and anchor the growth and healing you’ve discovered — so the work becomes a lasting part of your life.
Step 6: Ongoing Support
Healing isn’t linear, and growth often continues long after your initial sessions. Many clients choose ongoing coaching, microdosing guidance, or follow-up integration to deepen and sustain their transformation.
