We combine a straightforward clinical approach with a transcendent healing model. The clinical element includes monitoring vital signs, providing supplemental medications as needed to treat issues like nausea and blood pressure, and the availability of supplemental oxygen, suction, AED, etc. The transcendent element uses higher doses with a focus on the experiential and psychedelic nature of ketamine. At the doses we use ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is not possible.
