Ketamine and esketamine (Spravato™) for treatment-resistant depression are provided by our partner Lott Behavioral Health, where your treatment is conducted by experienced psychiatric clinicians who can manage your care from start to finish. If you are already working with a psychiatrist, you can still get your ketamine or esketamine (Spravato) treatment with us, and we will coordinate with your regular providers.
Our team is led by Dr. David Lott, an experienced, board-certified psychiatrist who is also a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and Immediate Past President of the Illinois Society of Addiction Medicine.

An evaluation in the office is required before approval for ketamine or esketamine treatment, including a thorough review of prior treatments for depression.
