I offer private 3-day retreats for men, scheduled according to your preferences. My mission is to help men live happy, comfortable, and abundant lives. Content, empowered, and happy men create a joyful world. They foster a world where all people can live safely and freely, explore, create from the heart, support each other, and live their deepest desires. My life motto: "Life is simple, keep it simple." It's not always easy, and sometimes there are challenges, but you already know what is good for you; it's all present inside of you already. Grounding and contact with the body offer the opportunity to realign with one's highest truth, the inner compass that is always there in the background to guide you. No man can live a happy, empowered life without aligning his heart's direction, thoughts, speech, and actions. All else is distraction. The process is to unclutter the mind and transform the distortions that are holding you back from this sacred alignment. This is what I practice and what I teach. Psilocybin mushrooms are our allies on this journey. When used in the right setting, they help us accelerate our evolution and boost our healing journeys. Working with this sacred medicine is a blessing. The transformations and deep insights are gifts from the Gods. With my therapeutic background, I help you interpret these insights, transform the distortions, and introduce practical changes to anchor your transformation in everyday life.

The Process

STEP

Online Introduction & Intake This initial step involves an online session where you are introduced to the program. An intake process is conducted to understand your background, intentions, and any specific needs or concerns you may have. After the intake, I will send you the Retreat Agreement to sign. Once the agreement is signed and returned, the deposit is transferred, and the date for the retreat is determined, we will make all the preparations for a smooth arrival.

STEP

Day 1 - Start of the Program After your arrival around noon, we start with: - A pleasant welcome. A guided tour of the retreat grounds is provided to help you settle in and acclimate. - A discussion of your intentions, the program schedule, and details to set clear expectations for the experience. - Once you are settled in, we do a guided self-inquiry. This is a guided meditation to sink deeper into the body and reconnect with yourself. This process helps you explore your inner landscape and begin the transformation process. P.S. Day 2 - The Ps. Mushroom Journey - We start with a morning dive in the river to wake up the body and connect with nature. - We will do a guided meditation to ground and reconnect with the body. - The medicine is served, and the journey begins. During the journey, I am there to support you practically, mentally, and emotionally. - Optionally, Rapeh is served. Rapeh is administered to clear the mind, ground the body, and enhance the mushroom journey's effects for deeper insight, unwinding, and transformation.

Day 3 - Integration - We start once more with a morning dive in the river to wake up the body and connect with nature. - A therapeutic rebalancing massage is provided. This session deepens the transformation process and relaxes the body after an intensive journey. - Finally, we have an integration coaching session. During this session, we establish ways to anchor your insights into everyday life. Proper integration is fundamental for lasting transformation.

STEP

2 Weeks After the Retreat - Follow-Up Online Integration Coaching Session We will have a video call to facilitate the ongoing integration and transformation process. - We will review the past 2 weeks, discussing what went well and what could be improved. - We will discuss practical exercises to support the process and create new constructive habits. - If applicable, we will do another guided self-inquiry session to deepen the transformation process.

STEP

Optional (Not Included): Continued Integration Coaching Sessions and/or Guided Self-Inquiry Sessions I offer additional sessions for continued integration coaching and guided self-inquiry. These sessions provide ongoing support and guidance to help you maintain and deepen your healing and growth.
