Sage is a clinic serving the Bay Area that specializes in integrative health care. Using a range of mental health and wellness modalities we help you address your symptoms while working with you to get to the root of the problem. Our practice is committed to careful preparation and best practice. We offer individual and couple's psychotherapy, psychiatry, ketamine-assisted therapy, ketamine-assisted wellness sessions (including acupuncture and bodywork), nutrition, herbalism, acupuncture, massage and more, all under one roof.
The Process
STEP

At Sage Integrative Health, we take into account your personal history, symptoms, relevant medical conditions, treatment goals, and the clinical judgment of your care providers to design a KAT program tailored to you. We have developed our protocol with years of clinical expertise, and the following description outlines the essential components of treatment within our model. The total number of preparation, KAT, and integration sessions varies depending on what you and your provider determine is most appropriate for you based your unique history, symptoms, and treatment goals.

A phone screening with one of our patient care coordinators to help us match you with the right providers on our team, and to answer any preliminary questions you might have.

A 60 min intake appointment with a Sage psychiatric provider.
STEP

A 20min consultation call with the therapist we have matched you with to make sure it feels like a good fit, this is a good opportunity for you to get a sense of them and ask them any questions you have about their therapy modalities.

2 - 6 Preparation sessions prior to your first KAT session (50min each, in person or virtual).
STEP

Ketamine-assisted therapy session (3 hours, in person or virtual), with your therapist present with you the entire time.

A bodywork or acupuncture appointment to deepen and prolong the effects of the ketamine session - optional

1 or more integration sessions with your therapist after each Ketamine session (50min, in person or virtual)
