After many years as a "good girl", ongoing and worsening depression finally drove me to consider psychedelics. I was impressed by the research showing continuing improvement of depression, using magic mushrooms. It seemed amazing after so many anti-depressants and talk therapists. Now, many sessions in, my life is so much better. I trained as a psilocybin facilitator to help others get this relief and expansion. Allow me to hold space for you to reconnect with that essential part of yourself and then weave it into your everyday life.
The Process
STEP
1
We will start with a free consult call to see if we are a good fit together. If so, we will continue with two preparation sessions to fill out legal paperwork and then discuss your hopes, dreams, worries, and intentions while taking magic mushrooms. (virtual available)
STEP
2
Your six-hour administration session will take place at Fractal Soul, a lovely service center in Beaverton, OR. (I'm also open to other locations, if desired.) This warm, safe, supported space will allow you to go deeply into the liminal space of the mushroom. I will be with you the entire time, helping you feel safe as you explore.
STEP
3
We will end with two integration sessions, one a few days after your administration session and one a week or two later. During these sessions, we will unpack the things you learned while on mushrooms and discuss ways that you can help sustain them as you return to your usual world. (virtual available)
