I grew up feeling like I didn’t belong in the wellness world—as a Latina, a first-generation Salvadoran, and a seeker who didn’t always see herself reflected in the spaces of healing. But I knew I was meant to change that. Through years of deep study, personal transformation, and the creation of my own healing rituals, I birthed Mystic Wellness—a sanctuary for radical self-discovery, energy expansion, and deep embodiment. Here, you are welcomed exactly as you are. My teachings in sound meditation, Kundalini Yoga, and plant medicine guidance are heart-led, immersive, and infused with both sacred wisdom and joy—because healing doesn’t have to be heavy.

The Process

The journey will begin with a simple free consultation. Here we will discuss your health history, goals and intentions, and answer any questions you may have about the healing process working with Mystic Wellness.

After your consultation we will go over what the best healing modality and program is for you.

After your treatment sessions, we will work together through our method of integration. As the healing process continues, we will have the opportunity to discuss any further work. In addition, you will also have access to our amazing community where we discuss our integration progress and build a strong sense of belonging.

How I fell apart, perfectly

I was in the middle of my first Ayahuasca ceremony in the beautiful mayan jungle when I felt my chest rip open. The icaros, sang by the beautiful medicine couple, poured into my chest glowing red with love. That glow filled my entire body, my soul up with love. With love that I had ignored, with love that I had this entire time but I just hadn’t brought awareness to it. It was right after that ceremony that I knew my offerings needed to come to life. I wrote my first meditation journey based on love and began holding circles with plant medicine.
