In our pursuit of a gold-standard retreat model, we have reviewed and adapted the best practices for psychedelic-assisted therapy from prestigious research institutes such as Johns Hopkins University and Imperial College London. Combining this with beautiful natural environments, we offer a way to explore legal psilocybin-assisted therapy that is evidence-based and highly effective.

The Process
STEP
1
Guests attending MycoMeditations will first apply to attend the retreat on our website. Once our therapy staff has reviewed and approved the application, the guest will be sent a link to book a call with our Director of Operations to ask any questions about our retreat along with the opportunity to book an available room on an upcoming retreat. Once they have registered, the guest will have a call with a therapist on our team to share their intentions and goals for the retreat. The therapist will also ask additional questions to best understand the conditions that the guest is coming to treat. We will send preparation materials prior to the retreat to get the guest ready for the experience. The retreat will begin with our staff picking guests up from the airport and bringing them down to our retreat locations in Jamaica. The retreat involves 3 psilocybin dosing sessions on alternating days over the course of one week with integration sessions on all the none-dosing days. Retreats never have more than 12 guests, and we will staff the retreat with approximately 6-8 therapists and facilitators. Following the retreat, the lead therapist from the retreat will conduct two online, group integration session with all the guests from the retreat.
