Based on the Big Island of Hawaii after seven years in Los Angeles, Canadian Native Sari Starr is a Priestess of Sanctuary 72, Plant-Medicine Alchemist and Ceremonialist, author of the book “Let The Magic Be Your Guide: From Micro to Hero”, Integration Mentor, and Founder of plant medicine line: Celestial Sacraments.
Prior to embracing the world of Entheogenic plants, Sari ran a creative agency that built campaigns for lifestyle brands across the globe since 2002. In 2016, Sari launched Redefining Canna, an agency spin-off where she used her brand and marketing talents to cultivate a paradigm shift and help build a new era of cannabis culture. Next came Cannabliss Retreats, a pioneer in educational and experiential cannabis retreats and festivals. Thanks to media hype and tremendous interest, Cannabliss Retreats reached thousands of people around the world and hosted retreats in California, Canada, and Jamaica.
Sari Starr has over twenty years of training in human potential, including her 200-hour yoga teacher training, Levels 1 & 2 certification in Reiki, and completion of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s advance training retreat. She has studied and sat in ceremony with Shamanic Wisdom Keepers from all over the planet, and has completed 2 years initiation with the lineage of the 13 Moon Oracle Mystery School. As a result of her deep journey into the Mysteries of the Universe, Sari offers mushroom ceremonies accompanied by integration council to help people reach enlightened states of awareness using these tools, trainings, and plants as her allies and guides.
Sari mentors people on how to integrate cannabis and magic mushrooms so they can be used as as a tool for higher states of consciousness and rewriting old narratives of limiting beliefs.
Sari hosts medicine retreats, offers an online facilitator training initiation and educates people on how to achieve self-liberation. WEEK 1 – EMPTY PRESENCE
The art of “holding space”, listening to the person, to the Spirit, your intuition and identifying the self vs the Self. Learning the art of holding space for others, observing how often we serve our underlying motivations for self preservation. Deeply exploring why we want to embody this human archetype during this specific time.

WEEK 2 – EMBODYING THE “HEALER” ARCHETYPE
Exploring what it means to heal, facing yourself and transmuting shadow with neutrality. Working with the Quantum field to listen without words. Intuitive connecting, auric coupling, quantum entanglement, mirroring, and how being empathic can help and deter the process.

WEEK 3 – CREATING THE RELATIONSHIP
Learning about the history, lineages, connecting with your lineage, how mushrooms and cannabis work with your brain and the basic science of the medicine. Beginning your microdosing protocol. Understanding different protocols, dosing recommendations, methods of consumption. The medicine of cannabis myths and facts. Mixing substances and the effects. Creating an intake protocol

WEEK 4 – GUEST TEACHER: ARIELLE BROWN
Arielle Brown is an Intimacy Coach and Mentor. In this module we will be exploring the intimate relationships with facilitator and participant, holding space for couples and how to be in integrity with energetic intimacy. We will also be exploring how to help repair relationships with family dynamics, couples and self through intimacy dynamics.

WEEK 5 – STEPS TO CREATING A CEREMONY
Learning the step-by-step methods of creating a sacred container, how to work with the medicine wheel and nature’s elements. How to read the field and connect with the participant, tuning into their needs. Understanding the different gates in which we journey and enter into and how to guide someone through those gates. Opening and closing ceremony, creating an altar and more.
THIS WEEK IS IN PREPARATION FOR YOUR SOLO CEREMONY.
We will each choose a date to have a solo ceremony and create our own ceremony. We will prepare in advance to ask the medicines of coice how this Spirit would like for us to serve, in what capacity, and deepen into our purpose with the guidance of our highest awareness.

WEEK 6 – HOW TO HANDLE CHALLENGING JOURNEY’S
Diving deep into shadow work with self and other in order to have the deepest understanding of how to handle challenging journeys. This week’s module discusses “bad trips” working with trauma, what it means to hold a safe container, possible risks involved and dealing with chaos in the medicine.

WEEK 7 – GUEST SPEAKER: PAULINA SMITH
Paulina Smith bridges the worlds of psychotherapy and spirituality in her roles as a licensed Psychotherapist and Rose Lineage Priestess. She will discuss the opportunities of bridging the gap between the clinical and ceremonial aspects of medicine journeys. Covering topics of licensing, assisted psychedelic therapies, and what it means to work in this field as a licensed state practitioner.

WEEK 8 – MUSIC AND MEDICINE
Music is a vital element to creating a powerful experience in your medicine journeys. This week each of us will prepare a song to share or a sound experience to the group. We will learn about the many instruments available to use in a journey, what they represent and how they activate with the medicine. We will also deepen into our heart song and our own personal gifts.

WEEK 9 – GUEST TEACHER: DR. CHARLOTTE
Dr. Charlotte is an emergency medical Doctor in Hawaii, she offers Ketamine treatment and is also an End of Life Doula. During this class we will learn about how to use psilocybin for end of life treatment both in ego death and in physical death. Dr. Charlotte will offer her medical wisdom alongside her Doula training for the full spectrum of perspectives.

WEEK 10 – HOW TO GROW
This week we will be learning how to grow your own mushrooms, so that you have an idea of safe, reliable and ceremonial medicine. We will go through the steps of a basic grow operation as well as be provided resources to purchase the tools needed to begin growing. This week will also be the week you hold your practice ceremony with someone who is in agreement to participate and offer feedback.

WEEK 11 – INTEGRATION
Discussing, sharing and connecting with each other on our experiences holding space, learning from each other, asking questions and listening to the continued guidance of the medicine through this container. Diving into integration work, how to best support someone post ceremony, how to create support systems so that you are able to refer to other experts when needed. Integration protocols that can be helpful when transitioning from deep medicine work.

WEEK 12 – GUEST TEACHER: ANGELA HARDERS
Learning about the benefits and time it takes to build a Faith Based Organization, or PMA. What it means to be part of a “Church” the details on how to register a church and what protection is available under the status of a 503c1a organization.

WEEK 13 – A QUANTUM INTROSPECTION
Diving deep into the areas of further alignment with our soul’s purpose, Quantumplating our connection to our lineage, what is organically coming up in the container that needs to be transmitted, deeper connection to the medicine work and utilizing our lives and our discussions to co-create this module.

WEEK 14 – RECAP AND CLOSING THE CONTAINER
Recap of the entire course, reviewing the key elements of what is essential to moving forward, offering guidance and suggestion on how to begin your journey now that we are coming to completion.

During this course we will also be learning some medicine songs that are commonly used as healing modalities in ceremony. Each person will be asked to offer a musical song, meditation or sound healing offering after each class (2x class) Music is one of the main activators for medicine and as time progresses you may feel more and more confident to activate your inner musician! There will also be an opportunity to join us for a private or small group ceremony in Hawaii for an additional cost to sit in a ceremony with Natalie and I and receive and learn in person, if you cannot make our advanced in person retreat. We have specific dates scheduled for this, if you are interested please let me know and we can discuss timing and price.
