Meghan is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in the treatment of adults with eating disorders and other complex mental health conditions including: PTSD, depression, OCD, anxiety and ADHD. She established her own level of care for adults with eating disorders, Meghan’s Place: Outpatient+ Eating Disorder Therapy. She feels most drawn in holding space for people who are struggling with eating disorders, body image distress, trauma, depression and other mental health conditions. She was in the first class of psilocybin facilitators through InnerTrek training program. She believes that client safety, trust, informed consent and a safe, calming presence are necessary for any psilocybin journey. Meghan feels immense honor and privilege to work with anyone on their healing journey and honors all abilities, identities and believes in empowering the client in their healing goals. She aims to continue to educate herself on how to best respect the indigenous origins of psilocybin.
The Process
STEP
1
Intake:
A few pre screening questions will be emailed to you. If it’s a fit, I will offer a free 20 minute phone call to answer any questions and schedule intake.
STEP
2
We will meet for intake and preparation session prior to the journey. I can do this in-person or via zoom.
STEP
3
We will then meet a couple days after the journey for integration ( to discuss insights, where you want to go from her, any resources you might need).
