Today I would like to introduce you to my work as a facilitator of therapies with Kambo, Ayahuasca, Bufo Alvarius (Toad Venom) and psilocybin mushrooms. I have been doing this for 8 years and, throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to help people who suffer from addictions, anguish, depression and various problems. My main goal as a facilitator is to provide a safe and compassionate space for people to explore their consciousness and heal on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. I understand that each individual has a unique story, which is why I tailor my therapeutic approaches to each person's specific needs. Kambo is a traditional medicine from the indigenous tribes of the Amazon, which is used to purify the body and detoxify on a physical and energetic level. It has antimicrobial, analgesic properties and stimulates the immune system. Ayahuasca is a powerful sacred drink used by Amazonian cultures to access states of expanded consciousness and gain a greater understanding. Through this experience, people can confront traumas, fears, and negative thought patterns, thus facilitating healing and personal growth. Bufo Alvarius, also known as Toad Venom, contains 5-MeO-DMT, an extremely potent psychedelic substance. Its consumption induces a non-ordinary state of consciousness, where the limits of the ego dissolve and a deep connection with the whole can be experienced. Many people report a sense of transcendence and radical transformation after this experience. Psilocybin mushrooms are another tool used in psychedelic therapies. They contain psychoactive compounds that can generate introspective and revealing experiences. Psilocybin mushrooms have been shown to have great therapeutic potential for treating depression, anxiety, and addiction. Throughout these years, I have had the opportunity to work with people who are looking for a therapeutic alternative to conventional methods. My approach is based on respect for indigenous medicines, the integration of positive and sustainable change in the lives of my clients. If you are looking for a different therapeutic approach and are interested in exploring these healing paths, I will be happy to accompany you in your process. Together, we can work to overcome addictions, release trauma, and heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. Thanks for your attention! I'm here to answer any questions you may have.

The Process

STEP

1

The first stage involves a detailed consultation with a mental health professional experienced in plant medicines, where a thorough mental and physical health assessment is conducted to understand the individual's needs and concerns. It's essential to explore the person's past experiences with plant medicines or other substances. This stage also encompasses an educational process on the potential benefits, risks, and legal implications of using plant medicines, along with a discussion on different plant medicines and their applications in mental health care. Additionally, the legal status and ethical considerations of using these substances in the individual's jurisdiction should be discussed to ensure informed decision-making.
STEP

2

The fourth step of this process entails collaboratively developing a treatment plan that aligns with the individual’s goals, values, and comfort levels. It's a meticulous process where appropriate dosages, settings, and supports for the use of plant medicines are determined. This step emphasizes crafting a personalized plan, recognizing that each individual's needs and responses to plant medicines may vary. Ensuring that the treatment plan is adaptable and aligns well with the individual's overall mental health goals is crucial for fostering a positive and supportive therapeutic environment. Through a collaborative effort between the individual and the mental health professional, an effective and safe treatment plan can be devised, paving the way for the subsequent steps in the individual's journey towards mental health recovery using plant medicines.
STEP

In the fifth step, preparation extends beyond psychotherapy to include a strategic dietary approach aimed at optimizing gut health, which can play a significant role in enhancing the effectiveness of plant medicines. Individuals should engage in preparatory psychotherapy to equip themselves with coping skills and foster a mindset conducive to healing. Concurrently, a dietary plan should be devised to address any gut health issues, as a healthy gut can significantly impact the individual's mental well-being and the efficacy of plant medicines. This dietary plan could include the incorporation of probiotics, prebiotics, and a balanced diet rich in nutrients essential for gut and brain health. It's beneficial to consult with a nutritionist or a healthcare provider knowledgeable in both nutrition and plant medicines to create a personalized dietary plan. Ensuring a safe and supportive setting for the administration of plant medicines is also crucial. Through a combination of psychotherapy, strategic dietary modifications, and a conducive environment, individuals can be better prepared for their experience with plant medicines, setting a solid foundation for a potentially more effective and beneficial therapeutic journey.
STEP

4

In the proceeding phase, the administration of plant medicines is carried out under the guidance and supervision of experienced practitioners who monitor individual responses and adjust the treatment plan as necessary. The aim is to ensure safety and effectiveness throughout the therapeutic journey. Post-administration, individuals engage in integration therapy to process their experiences and apply insights to their life. Continuous assessment and adaptation of the treatment plan based on evolving needs and responses are essential for long-term success. Maintaining regular follow-up appointments helps monitor individuals’ mental health and overall well-being. It's also beneficial to encourage engagement with supportive communities, either online or in person, for shared experiences and further support. Staying informed about the latest research and legal developments regarding plant medicines, and adapting the treatment approach as new information becomes available, is crucial for ensuring that the treatment remains safe and beneficial. This holistic approach, encompassing careful administration, integration, long-term follow-up, community support, and continuous education, fosters a well-rounded and supportive environment for individuals exploring mental health care through plant medicines.
