I guide powerful Journey sessions — with or without legal psilocybin — using The Journey®, an acclaimed, body-centered healing process.
You’re gently guided to drop inward, where your own body intelligently takes you straight to the exact stored memory or emotion that started the issue. When you finally feel and welcome that trapped energy (often for the first time), it naturally and permanently dissolves at the cellular level.
Unlike traditional talk therapy that stays in the mind or medication that only masks symptoms, The Journey gives buried emotions a voice and a graceful, lasting exit — typically in just one or two sessions.
Whether you choose the non-ordinary states of consciousness offered by psilocybin (where legally available) or prefer a profound, fully sober journey, the results are the same: deep, lifelong freedom from anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and long-standing emotional or physical pain.

The Process
STEP
1
Welcome & Drop In (Getting present and relaxed):
You start by sitting quietly, closing your eyes, and taking a few deep breaths to relax deeply. You’re guided to become very present and “drop” from your busy mind into your body and feelings. This creates a safe, open space inside.

The Elevator / Descending Layers (Peeling back the emotional layers):
You imagine stepping into an “elevator” inside yourself and gently descending through emotional layers (like anger, fear, guilt, shame, etc.). At each layer, you’re asked simple questions like:
• “What am I feeling right now?”
• “If this feeling had a color/shape/age, what would it be?”
You just notice and welcome whatever emotion comes up without judging or analyzing it. You keep descending until you reach the deepest layer—usually a very old, core emotion or memory.

The Source / Campfire (Meeting the core memory or emotion):
When you reach the bottom layer, you often arrive at a “campfire” (a symbolic safe space). Here you finally uncover the original memory or moment where this emotion first got stuck (often from childhood). You fully feel and express the repressed emotion that was never allowed to be felt at the time (e.g., grief, rage, helplessness). You let yourself cry, scream (silently inside), or shake—whatever needs to come out.

Forgiveness & Clearing (The healing phase):
Once the emotion is fully felt and released, you’re guided through a specific forgiveness process:
First, you forgive whoever hurt you in that original memory (including yourself).
Then you imagine meeting your own higher self or “Source” (whatever feels right to you—God, the Universe, pure love, etc.).
In this loving presence, old vows or beliefs (“I’m not good enough,” “I’ll never be loved,” etc.) are revealed and dissolved. You receive direct love, truth, and healing.

5
Integration & Return (Coming back whole):
You imagine filling the empty space (where the old emotion was stored) with light, love, and new positive truths. Then you gently bring this healing up through all the layers you descended through, integrating it into your whole being. You slowly open your eyes, feeling lighter, freer, and often profoundly changed.
