The Journey Method - Sober / 3 hrs
Unresolved emotions and memories from the past (especially from childhood or significant events) can get stored as energetic or cellular charges in the body. These create limiting patterns, emotional blocks, physical tension, or repeated reactions in the present. The Emotional Journey Process works by allowing a person to fully feel and move through layers of emotion—rather than analyzing, suppressing, or just talking about them—until they reach a deeper, peaceful state of being called Source (the boundless presence of love, peace, stillness, or pure awareness at the core of who you are). From that place, the old emotional material can be met, expressed, understood, and released through a process of dialogue and forgiveness.

The Journey Method - With Psilocybin / 4-6hrs
A psychedelic-assisted Journey session follows the same core structure as a standard Journey Method—setting an intention, dropping through emotional layers while feeling them fully in the body, arriving in Source, then moving into the campfire dialogue for expression and forgiveness—while making practical accommodations for the medicine. These include a longer overall timeframe, gentler pacing that follows the natural arc of the experience, greater emphasis on somatic tracking and non-verbal support, and careful attention to set, setting, and post-session integration. The addition of psychedelics makes the work markedly more powerful. By quieting defensive filters and heightening emotional and somatic awareness, the medicine allows participants to access and fully meet deeply buried material that ordinary consciousness often resists, experience Source more vividly, and complete the forgiveness process from a place of expanded compassion—frequently leading to faster, deeper, and more lasting release.
