Session Types

Group Ceremonies
Group sessions are a beautiful options for friends, family or healing gatherings. Same process as listed in our steps only the participants can all sit together in healing with Kambo. We have found it’s a beautiful options for couples as well.

Outdoor Ceremonies
Outdoors sessions are our favorite ways to serve. We have a beautiful place in North Texas and Oklahoma as well as other outdoor options for you to choose. It’s beautiful to connect with nature during your healing experience.

3x3 Ceremony/Warriors Run
What is a 3x3 Session? A 3x3 is one of my favorite ways to work with Kambo because it gives us time to build a relationship with the process instead of rushing through it. A 3x3 consists of three rounds of Kambo, with the dot count gradually increasing each round. This can be done all in one day or spread out over three consecutive days, depending on your goals, experience level, and what feels right for your body. The beauty of a 3x3 is that each round teaches us something. As the dots increase, we have an opportunity to listen more deeply, observe how your body responds, and allow the experience to unfold naturally. It’s not about seeing how many dots you can handle or pushing through discomfort. It’s about creating space for a deeper relationship with Kambo—and with yourself. Many people find that a 3x3 offers an opportunity for greater awareness, clarity, and connection. By slowing down and working progressively, we can honor the wisdom of the body and the lessons that reveal themselves along the way. A 3x3 isn’t about doing more Kambo. It’s about spending more time with Kambo. Three rounds. A few more dots each time. More listening. More learning. More opportunity to discover what your body may have been trying to tell you all along.

Kambo Q&A · June 13, 2026
🐸 Sometimes healing begins with a conversation. If you’ve been curious about Kambo, natural wellness, or simply exploring new ways to support your body and mind, come see us at The Wondering Mind on Saturday, June 13th from 10 AM–2 PM. This is a relaxed, come-and-go event where you can ask questions, learn, connect, and decide if Kambo might be a tool worth exploring on your own journey. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just real conversation and education. ✨ We look forward to meeting you. — Emily & Michael Johnson, Loving Kambo 💚🐸
