I offer structured integration sessions for individuals seeking to process and integrate psychedelic experiences. Using hypnotherapy and guided regression techniques, we work with emotional residues, symbolic material, and emerging insights to stabilize experiences and translate them into lasting psychological and behavioral change. The work is trauma-informed, contained, and focused on integration and meaning-making

The Process

STEP

Intake & Alignment We begin with an intake call where we discuss your needs, intentions, and integration goals. This conversation allows us to assess whether the approach I offer is the right fit for your situation. If we decide to move forward, we schedule the first diagnostic session.

STEP

Diagnostic Session & Preparation You receive a welcome email with clear preparation guidelines, an intake form, and a Zoom link. The diagnostic session is used to clarify themes, emotional material, and integration priorities, and to determine the most effective direction for our work together.

STEP

Integration & Ongoing Support After each session, you receive a written summary with key insights and observations. Depending on the package you choose, this may include a comprehensive summary of the full course of work, provided by email for future reference and continued integration.
