Kiki’s work began with her own need to address her childhood trauma, which had manifested as lifelong depression, anxiety, and various coping mechanisms disguised as addictions. At 19, she stumbled into the introspective healing realms of Yoga and psychedelic medicines, where she quickly realized their incredible potential for transformative healing. Fascinated by these modalities’ personal, experiential, and embodied lessons, she sought mentors to help her master the art of integrative healing. Through dedication, she’s learned how to regulate her nervous system, release her unhealthy patterns/coping mechanisms, confront her inner demons and reinvent herself into an empowered version, unburdened by her past. As her journey unfolded, Kiki dove deep into the very modalities that had worked wonders for her. Her goal? To share the magic and create a nurturing space for others to experience integrative healing. Fast forward fifteen years, and Kiki’s become a mentor and guide to fellow coaches, therapists, professionals, artists, entrepreneurs, speakers, and parents. She empowers them to reclaim their power, own their desires and choices, and embody their authentic selves. Kiki finds immense joy in embracing individuals’ most tender parts, harmonizing them with their whole selves, and helping them co-create the relationships and lives they've always dreamed of.

The Process

STEP

Clients submit an application form (https://forms.gle/Ro2CsF3mCQh6TiSM6) and book a free discovery call with Kiki to discuss their needs, desired psychedelic medicine, mutual compatibility, and to co-create their individual treatment plan. In this call, we will discuss applicable medical and trauma history, specifically any contraindicative medications to their desired psychedelic, and Kiki may refer the client to a pharmacist or doctor specializing in psychedelic medicines for any necessary tapering prior to a journey. When both people decide they are the right fit for this work together, they move into step 2.

STEP

The client will complete an in-depth intake form and schedule their preparation coaching sessions, usually completed online. Kiki requires a minimum of 6x sessions, though sometimes more is required depending on what arises in the somatic-coaching sessions and their trauma history. This is discussed and negotiated in the discovery call. In these sessions, Kiki is helping the client regulate and learn how to regulate their nervous system, understand their window of tolerance and educate them on the upcoming psychedelic experience. All sessions are facilitated with a somatic-based inquiry with regular pausing and attunement to what is arising in their physiology. Together, they determine when the client is ready for their journey, and they schedule it together. Online journeys are offered within certain parameters (including requiring a safe, trusted and in-person sitter), and Soma Healing may deny an online journey at any time should Kiki feel there is reason to believe it to be unsafe and unwise based on what arises in the preparation sessions. In-person journeys are available, and specifics regarding location, rentals, and travel are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

STEP

Online Journey: one day, with check-ins before and after, and an integration session scheduled within 3 days of the journey or in-person journey: over three days with two facilitators. Day 1, 90min in-person meeting with somatic touch and boundary discussion, Day 2 - 6-7hr journey, Day 3, 2hr Integration session with somatic touch session if desired.

STEP

Integration sessions are generally held bi-weekly over a minimum of three months, though some clients desire weekly sessions instead. These sessions maintain somatic-based guidance while creating goals and action steps and aligning their life with what arose in the journey based on their desired outcome. The whole process is generally ~6months, though many clients continue with ongoing coaching afterwards to continue their progress and/or prepare for subsequent journeys.
