I enjoy working with those committed to personal growth & collective responsibility, as we are all interconnected, and thus so is our healing. I identify as queer and prioritize creating safer LGBTQIA+ spaces. My 30 + years experience ranges from community mental health to working internationally for 10+ years with Doctors W/O Borders. I lead with IFS (Level 3 trained) and draw from many modalities including somatic, ACT, and mindfulness-based practices. I am working as an integration therapist and consultant remotely in CO and CA providing preparation and harm reduction, integration, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

Please contact me via phone or email and we can set up a free 20-minute consultation to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit.

If you decide to move forward and work with me, I will send you the paperwork virtually. It will include my policies and an intake.

We will set a time to meet for our first 1-hour session. We will meet for 60 minutes. You can decide what is best for you: meeting weekly or every other week.
