June is a seasoned Psychedelic Integration Specialist with a decade of experience guiding individuals through transformative journeys. She has supported thousands of people, both individually and in group settings, on their path to healing and self-discovery. Drawing from her extensive background, including training under spiritual teachers in India and a successful career in Interior Design, June offers a unique blend of Mindful Awareness and sharp processing tools. Her approach goes beyond positive affirmations, as she fearlessly accompanies individuals on a journey to explore core issues deep within themselves. June's commitment to fostering trust, intimacy, and non-judgmental acceptance creates a safe space for clarity and awareness to flourish. As a Certified Professional Life Coach, MBTI Certified practitioner, and expert in Voice Dialogue/Shadow Work, she brings a diverse skill set to her practice. The Process

1

Initial Contact and Assessment: When a client reaches out, we schedule a 30-minute Zoom call. During this call, I assess their needs and goals. I provide information about different approaches to psychedelic integration. Together, we discuss the importance of preparation, treatment sessions, and integration.

Assessment and Goal Setting: I share a detailed assessment form for the client to complete. After reviewing the assessment form, I gain insights into their history, intentions, and challenges. We collaboratively set goals and expectations for the integration process.

Preparation Phase: I recommend a minimum of 2 Zoom sessions before the treatment session. I assist the client in selecting an appropriate treatment approach. I provide tools and techniques to help the client prepare mentally and emotionally for the experience. I educate the client on harm reduction and safety practices if they plan to self-administer psychedelics or work with a sitter. If clients choose to have a sitter, I may provide guidance and support to the sitter as well. I ensure the sitter understands their role in providing a safe and supportive environment

Treatment Sessions (Self-Administered or with Sitter): Clients undergo their chosen treatment sessions independently or with a designated sitter. I do not provide the treatment sessions but I can be available for the client and/or sitter via phone call if needed. I offer support and guidance for safety and intention-setting. I ensure clients are well-informed about the process and potential risks.

Integration Sessions: After each treatment session, we schedule integration sessions. These sessions help clients process and make sense of their experiences. We explore insights, emotions, and challenges that emerged during the treatment. I provide emotional support and coping strategies. I offer tools and techniques for continued personal growth.

Ongoing Support: Depending on the client's needs and preferences, we may continue with one-on-one Zoom sessions. Some clients may opt for my small group program, which runs for 8 weeks, for additional support (prior to or after treatment sessions) I teach clients practical tools and mindfulness techniques they can use independently. I address any issues or questions that arise during integration.

Completion and Continued Growth: Clients may choose to conclude their integration process or continue with occasional sessions. I encourage clients to maintain ongoing self-care and personal growth practices. Together, we celebrate achievements and growth milestones. This is the structured process I follow to guide clients through the journey of psychedelic integration, from our initial contact to ongoing support and growth.

Mindful Integration Small Group Program

The Small Group Program is an intensive and personalized 8-week journey designed to facilitate deep personal growth and transformation. This program is intentionally limited to a small number of participants, typically consisting of only 3 or 4 individuals, along with a skilled Group Leader. This small group size allows for a highly individualized and supportive experience. Key features of the Small Group Program include: Personalized Attention: With a low participant-to-leader ratio, each individual receives a high level of personal attention and guidance from the Group Leader. This allows for a tailored approach to address specific needs, challenges, and goals. Intensive Exploration: Over the course of 8 weeks, participants engage in intensive exploration of their inner selves, patterns, beliefs, and behaviors. The program provides a safe and supportive space for individuals to dive deep into their personal journey of self-discovery. Interactive Group Dynamics: The small group setting fosters a sense of community and shared experience. Participants have the opportunity to learn from one another, gain different perspectives, and offer mutual support on their respective journeys.
