Jay Cusker is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon working with www.immersivepdx.com and Ketamine with Rainfall Medicine in Portland.
Jay has provided facilitation services for over 130 people, from out of state and internationally since the service centers opened in August of 2023. Jay considers this work sacred and is blessed to be a vessel for this sacred consciousness expanding work.
The Process
STEP
1
We hold a no fee introductory session on Google Meet to discuss desire for treatment and to see if we are a good fit. If so, we set a date at the service center, no fee upfront, I send the state required forms and we set time for preparation sessions.

Preparation sessions: Google Meet to establish a trusting alliance, assess your life history, discuss any trauma and establish your intention going into the experience.

Facilitation: We meet at the service center, prepare in the room, and I take a non-directive approach, writing down everything that is said and done while maintaining a safe space for your inner journeywork.
STEP
4
Integration: Again on Google Meet following the treatment and we make meaning about your experience, discuss notes taken during the journey and validate insights about how to move forward navigating life with new perspectives about self and others. Integration sessions can continue as needed with no additional fees.

Dumbledore Talks Mushrooms, Magic Meets Science Workshop · August 15-29, 2024
Jay Cusker, LMFT and licensed psilocybin facilitator will share experiences with over 130 people from around the world since the first service centers around the world. A client saw Jay as Dumbledore in their journey and in an altered state of consciousness this is true. Jan Kinsey, Shamanic Practitioner/Energy Healer will lead participants through a shamanic journey/guided meditation to meet the spirit of mycelium and psilocybin. This is an interactive, experiential and relational workshop. There is no fee, donations can be made through the “Aren’t You Glad You Stayed Foundation”. Occupancy limited to 25.
