As a Psilocybin Facilitator I offer you my breath, my presence, my inner-peace & my unconditional support. I offer you a guided path to release the things that no longer serve you, creating fertile ground for transformation and, ultimately, a deeper and more loving relationship with yourself.
We will work together over the course of about a month, preparing you for your psychedelic trip, guiding you through every part of the journey, and integrating your experiences afterwards in order to cultivate lasting change and growth.
As a Somatic Practitioner I offer you a counter-normative lens to reframe the narratives you have around your mind, your body and your relationships. I offer you an invitation to commune with your body, your desires, your sensations, & to decolonize your relationship to pleasure.
These hour-long sessions will entail a symbiotic blend of guided body-centric experiences, sensation tracking, visualizations, parts-work, shadow-work, inner-critic work and existential kink.
My own healing journey has unfolded thanks to psychedelics, kink & pleasure activism. I am trauma and consent-trained and passionate about providing shame and judgement-free spaces where you can begin to feel comfortable expressing yourself candidly - without tempering yourself. My approach is very client-lead - guided by the subtle undulations of your emotional body - giving you the agency and the permission to follow the intuition of your true needs and desires - empowering you to be your own healer. My sessions are oriented towards pleasure which will allow you to explore your edges without impaling yourself on them.
The Process

Your journey begins with a consultation where will discuss the arc of this process, your intentions, your current medications, history with psychedelics and any relevant past experiences. This is to see if you are a good match for this work and to see if we are a good match for each other.

If it feels right to continue along this path together, we will begin preparation sessions. These are 2 or 3 one hour to 90 minute-long sessions where we will get to know each other better, crystalize your intentions and orient your mind & body towards the the journey itself, in order to create a safe environment for you to explore the depths of your mind.

BIRTH
After this comes the administration session (the trip) where you will ingest the mushrooms! This day will last between 6-8 hours, we will begin in the morning and I will be there with you, guiding you, holding space and keeping you safe throughout.

This last piece is integration. In these hour-long sessions I will assist you in reverberating, translating and assimilating the excavated parts of yourself. Together we will find ways to make maintainable adjustments to keep the most valuable parts of your journey alive.
I find it fruitful here to incorporate art and somatic practices to communicate those parts of your journey that are ineffable.
Authentic change takes devotion and consistency, and I am here to support you in your process of transformation.
