The tools I may use while working with you include: mindfulness meditation, guided imagery and therapeutic writing. I also incorporate techniques derived from internal family systems, transpersonal therapy and somatic processing. I will encourage you to connect with your body and explore the parts of you that you may have lost touch with. You will also receive practical strategies you can implement in your daily life to support your growth.
I have extensive experience with treating trauma, addictions, depression and anxiety. I believe that healing is a process of integration and your symptoms are a sign that something is out of alignment. I can help you explore how you can return to wholeness and become the person you were meant to be.
In addition to sessions with me, I also work with a team of wonderful therapists, many of whom can accept insurance. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need help scheduling or choosing the right therapist for you.

We offer individual and group sessions.

Integrative Psychotherapy
Our therapists are passionate about supporting your mind, body and spirit. We use methods like mindfulness meditation, somatic processing, internal family systems, EMDR and others. Some of our therapists accept insurance. If your insurance plan is not accepted, we can provide a superbill for out of network reimbursement.

Intuitive Coaching
Intuitive coaching can help you connect with your intuition and your inner healing intelligence. The sessions may challenge you to go beyond the limits of your rational mind and take a broader view of your life. We may use Tarot cards or other visual tools to explore symbols and archetypes as a way of connecting with your subconscious mind. The sessions may also include guided meditation and hypnotherapy.
