Inlakesh Medicina is an organization dedicated to offering sacred plant retreats focused on traditional healing practices. Situated in the heart of the rainforest, they facilitate pilgrimages for those seeking spiritual growth and healing through Ayahuasca, a psychoactive brew used traditionally by indigenous tribes of the Amazon. Inlakesh Medicina tenderly cares for the confidentiality and safety of all participants, providing guided experiences that respect ancient customs and the welfare of attendees. Their offerings include a 12-day Ayahuasca dieta, webinars, and retreats with traditional healers such as, Don Arnaldo from the Matsés tribe and Nancy El Amor with over 24 years of experience in shamanic and indigenous practices who aim to support individuals in their transformative journeys with respect and responsibility.

The Process

Retreat Experience

a.) Attendance and Premium Care: Upon arriving at the retreat, participants are welcomed into a comfortable and supportive environment, where premium care is provided. This includes professional guidance during the Ayahuasca ceremonies and access to traditional healers.

b.) Connection with Nature: The retreat’s location in the rainforest offers a profound connection to nature, enhancing the healing process. Participants engage with the natural surroundings to deepen their spiritual journey and promote self-reflection. Each participant is assigned a personal Tambo and supplies to integrate between each session. Healers will come around and do check in's. Each sleeping facility is safe and secure with trusted staff members around for assistance.

Intake and Preparation

Diet, Medication, & Health Review: New participants begin with a comprehensive intake process, assessing dietary habits, current medications, and health concerns to ensure safety and compatibility with the Ayahuasca experience. This involves filling out a detailed application form and possibly adjusting one’s diet or medications under professional guidance.

b.) Intention Setting and Program Selection: A personal phone consultation follows, during which participants articulate their intentions for the retreat. This conversation helps tailor the experience, with the selection of an appropriate program that aligns with the participant’s goals and ensures a clear understanding of the journey ahead.

Aftercare and Integration

a.) Integration Support: Post-retreat, Inlakesh Medicina provides aftercare support to assist participants in integrating their experiences into daily life. This is a crucial step in maintaining and applying the insights and transformations gained during the retreat.

b.) Continuous Connection: Participants are encouraged to stay connected with the community and the retreat facilitators to foster ongoing personal growth and to address any challenges that arise as they adapt to their routine while implementing the changes inspired by their retreat experience.

Each ceremony is spaced for integration and there will be a musician to accompany the ceremony.
