Since having to relearn how to walk because of a near fatal brain-stem hemorrhage (bleeding due to a ruptured blood vessel), I have found great relief from psychedelic medicine. Mainly, the ability to engage the brain and body while on psychedelic medicines. Practicing my physiotherapy has been particularly beneficial for me during and in the afterglow of psychedelics.
While Ayahuasca is the medicine that I have connected with the most, I have done a range of psychedelics (from marijuana, mushrooms, kambo, bufo, changa, lsd, psilo-huasca) and found various benefits for my rehabilitation coming from all of them. I am a firm believer that people can use them in diverse ways to transform their lives - and nobody should decide this for them.
Originally an English and French high school teacher, I decided to get a job teaching online so I could travel for the express purpose of drinking Ayahuasca in South America. I learned Spanish and set off - and have never been happier!
