The Process

STEP

1

Discovery Call Interested participants will initiate contact via your provided details to express their interest. A personal call with either Isabelle Gold or Ian-Michael Hebert is scheduled to introduce the retreat’s ethos, understand individual intentions, and address any questions. During this call, preparation for the mental and physical demands of the retreat is discussed, including the integration of masculine and feminine energies through plant medicine. Registration details are finalized, and accommodations and dietary preferences are tailored to personalize their experience.

Retreat Experience Upon arrival, participants are greeted at Quepos and transferred to the retreat center for a welcoming orientation. The retreat unfolds with a sequence of ceremonies and activities designed to foster introspection and growth. The first night features a Grandmother ceremony, followed by a Grandfather ceremony the next day, complemented by breathwork and water rebirth. Subsequent days include a variety of practices such as meditation, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, and elemental rituals, interspersed with personal reflection time. Participants also engage in private waterfall excursions, yoga, and enjoy organic meals, enhancing their connection with nature. Personal growth is supported through hypnotherapy, energetic healing sessions, and massages.

Post-Retreat Integration and Community Engagement After the retreat, participants join scheduled group calls with Isabelle Gold to discuss their experiences and insights, aiding in the assimilation of new perspectives into their daily lives. A private online group is created for participants to share experiences, support each other, and stay connected with the retreat leaders. They are also provided with materials and techniques learned during the retreat, such as meditation guides and breathwork routines, to continue their practices at home. Feedback is solicited to improve future retreats, and follow-up sessions or advanced retreats are offered to deepen their practice.
