Fractal Soul is a woman-owned and operated psilocybin Service Center licensed by the Oregon Health Authority. This means Fractal Soul can legally sell psilocybin-containing products to clients and provide a safe and nurturing environment for their therapeutic experience.
Fractal Health Consulting is our partner company, which is a team of professional, degreed facilitators with an average 15-20 years psychedelic experience. Our facilitators have backgrounds in therapy, psychiatry, medicine, nursing, education, coaching and business leadership.
Fractal Soul is located in the westside Portland Oregon Metro area (in Beaverton, near Nike and other tech campuses), nestled on the top floor corner suite of a quiet, safe professional office building with large size windows overlooking a park.
Our Center thoughtfully combines nature, nurture, and mystical touches to support many different intentions. Each of our private, luxurious 1:1 Psilocybin Session Rooms has its own theme: Earth, Water, Fire, Water & Light. The Center also includes an Integration Lounge, 700 square foot Group Ceremony room and Kitchen (Nourishment Lounge).
The Process
STEP
1
Eligibility, Consultation, and Paperwork
1. Fill out the eligibility form online then select a consultation time (consults are done by phone or video call).
2. Meet with Kat or AJ to tell us about yourself, get your questions answered, and to discuss facilitator matching. It is helpful and important at this step to let us know what medications you are on for safety screening.
3. Ready to move forward? Great! We'll introduce you to your facilitator via email and send you a link to fill out the required paperwork (completed digitally through our HIPAA-compliant software).

Intake & Preparation
4. During intake, you'll review your paperwork with your facilitator and share a bit about your general health and confirm any medications you take. They'll get to learn more about you, ask you about your desired treatment goals / journey intentions, and help you through any concerns or questions.
5. During your prep session, your facilitator will guide you through the stages of a psychedelic session, share tools and tips for having a deep journey, help you co-create any ceremonial, musical, or spiritual elements you may want to include on your medicine day, and learn how to best support you.

Journey Day!
6. You'll arrive at our licensed service center the morning of your journey, check in, settle into your room, then consume the medicine. We serve our mushrooms in a finely ground homogenized powder that you will mix into the beverage (or applesauce) of your choice.
7. Expect to be at the center for 5-6 hours. Per state regulations, you will not be allowed to drive home, so please plan to be picked up or take a verified ride service, such as Lyft.

Integration
8. Integration is the process of reflecting on your journey experiences, thoughts and insights, making sense of them, and applying them (integrating them) into your day to day life. Your facilitator will meet with you, usually within a week of your medicine session, to help support you during your integration process and will also provide you with an emailed list of integration ideas and reflections.

We are the only Provider in Oregon who offers FULLY CUSTOM PACKAGES which clients can design themselves, right on our site. We're also happy to discuss these options with you in a free exploratory call. Most clients opt for the Standard Package, which includes: -One 30-60 minute paperwork review session -One 60-90 minute journey preparation session -One therapeutic psilocybin administration session at Fractal Soul (usually lasts ~6 hours) in the journey room of your choice -One Integration Session with your facilitator For those with anxiety or who may be new to psychedelics and want more preparation or integration, more of those sessions may be added to your package. Experienced with psychedelics or you've already had a session at another center within the past year? Choose an express package for a lower price option. This Program delivers comprehensive support for women with generalized, social, or mild to moderate OCD anxiety. You will work 1:1 with a licensed psilocybin facilitator who specializes in anxiety through Preparation, Administration Session & Integration follow up.
