Equanimity Wellness offers a holistic, scientific approach to psychedelic therapy and better mental health. The power of a psychedelic experience does not lie in the medicine, but rather, the therapeutic system within which it is grounded. Only with thorough preparation, careful attention to set and setting, a trusting therapeutic relationship and ongoing integration can we begin to tap the truly wondrous potential of psychedelic compounds. While psychedelics open a beautiful, neurological ‘window of opportunity’ in the brain, we provide the framework to transform this opportunity into meaningful and lasting change. Our team has drawn on decades of clinical experience to craft the journey of a lifetime, tailor-made to each client's personal biography, intentions and long-term mental health.
The Process
STEP
1
The first step is known as the Preparation Phase, whereby you will meet our anaesthetist and psychologist. This is simply to rule our any medical contraindications, as well as assist you with setting intentions going into your infusion. Once this is complete, we will book you in for your first infusion. Infusions are not completed on the same day as Preparation.

The second step would be for you to come in for your first infusion. Infusions take about an hour, and it is important to arrange for someone to come and fetch you afterwards. Our protocol is generally that people receive between 3-6 infusions. The frequency and intensity will be discussed with your team of treating professionals.

3
The third step is known as the Integration Phase. Within several days of your infusion, you will see our psychologist to allow you to integrate the experience you had during the ketamine infusion. You will also be able to adjust your intentions if required, prior to your next infusion. Integration can be done online or face-to-face.
