Entheogenic & plant medicines are becoming ever present in our collective consciousness as they are here to assist and uplift us through this time of expansion and evolution. My first call to plant medicine was through Cacao, co-creating with the spirit and morphogenic consciousness of Cacao allowed me a first hand account as to how plants could substantially and effortlessly shift our vibration on a mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual level. I was next called to explore Psilocybin, cultivating a personal relationship with the medicine and later moving on to co-create with complimentary therapies through sacred ceremony and shamanic healing sessions. When the spirits of these medicines are recognized and honored, they can assist us to experience, with greater depth, our full spectrum capacity as human beings. Realizations and sensations of Oneness permeate the experiences with plant and fungi medicine, allowing for deeply layered nourishment and healing on a cellular level, which can greatly shift our life’s perspective in an enduring and impactful manner. Through a process of mindful preparation, sacred intention, co-creation, and integration we may craft an alchemical catalyst for revelation and evolution of the self, for the highest good of all.

The Process

We begin with a discovery call so you may learn more about my services and whether they feel in alignment with what you are seeking. Once we decide to move forward we begin with the process of preparation which includes an informative PDF, intake, and a questionnaire to begin provoking deeper thought.

Our month long process of preparation begins with talk therapy, coming to a deeper understanding about where this journey could eventually take us through the examination of one's family, relationships, and current life circumstances. We examine astrological movements which indicate to us archetypal themes arising within our timeline. Over the course of four weeks we delve deeper into our relationship and the processes of preparing for a journey with Fungi medicine.

As we approach the date of our ceremony, we carefully go over detailed documents which illustrate for us how exactly the experience will unfold as well as explore journal prompts, recommendations, and consent to set the 'stage' for an informed and empowering journey.

After our journey, I will be in immediate contact to support and assist if needed, but also provide the space necessary for you to process and ruminate on your experience without 'outside' interference. We will be in contact throughout the week following our journey and then schedule our first integration call around two weeks after our experience. In the following integration calls, which generally come at one and two months post journey, we will be solidifying the practices we have built together to allow for a supported process with long lasting effects.

An ancient medicine accessed, for thousands of years, in Meso-America, Africa, the Amazon and now worldwide, mushrooms have returned to our collective consciousness at a time when we are in great need of strengthening our connection to self, each other, and Mother Earth. Stepping into our roles of assisting the planet, ourselves, and All Life in this time of great evolutionary strides. Their gentle medicine rouses us from our ‘sleep', returning us to a state of completion and oneness by healing and activating pathways in the brain, directly effecting our psyche, state of well-being, and harmonious flow of energy between mind, body, emotions, and soul. Enhancing our mental faculties and moving our cerebral energy into the pre-frontal cortex, the space of more complex thought and expression, mushrooms allow us to perceive reality as it is and not as we are. By assisting us in releasing judgement, belief systems, and energetic attachments, they open us to see new possibilities and opportunities. As a result, Fungi medicine greatly increases our capacity for conscious, mindful thought processes, expanded states of being, and energetically empathic experiences. In this ceremony, we work in co-creation with ethically sourced and cultivated medicine to augment our senses and expand our perception of the subtle energies present in all things. We create a storyline in the weeks leading up to our ceremony to assist us in better understanding the themes and thoughts that may arise. Through sound and an enhanced state of being we are able to absorb and integrate these sacred vibrations to align us to our highest self. Engaging in meaningful activities and self-exploration, through astrology and shamanic eco-therapy, this is a full spectrum spiritual journey through conscious connection with ourselves and the world around us.
