Evelyn a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator; graduate of the Changa Institute, BA in Social Sciences with Emphasis in Psychology from Portland State University, Twenty-five years of experience with psychedelics, Ten years of experience in hospitality Five years of experience outdoor adventure guiding Three years of experience peer counseling. I am a licensed Psilocybin Facilitator, Preparation, and Integration Coach. I have 25 years of experience with psychedelics and helping people navigate their expanded consciousness while making sense of their experiences afterwards. By doing deep therapeutic healing work over the last 10 years I have personally overcome addiction and depression while significantly lessening the symptoms of my own anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and PTSD. I have worked to build a very full authentic life filled with love and creativity through a holistic healing journey that includes psychedelic medicine. In my personal journey I studied psychology, sociology, anthropology, and philosophy; worked as a peer counselor with at-risk youths; and earned a degree in Social Sciences from Portland State University. I’ve also had the honor of learning from experienced guides, mentors, counselors, indigenous leaders, and my mother, a classically trained therapist. With the legalization of psilocybin assisted therapy in Oregon this year, I was able to apply all of my experience and education to finally acquire formally approved training through the Changa Institute. Through that education and by working at healing retreats in Jamaica, I've learned the more formal medical model and protocol for running individual and group healing ceremonies. My approach is one of radical acceptance and embracing the entirety of the human experience. My methodology is highly influenced by tantra philosophy, evolutionary psychology, and personal revelations from plant medicine itself. I believe that all our feelings are sacred and important. Listening to these feelings, honoring them, and learning how to process them is an important key to unlocking our full potential while repressed and unprocessed feelings manifest as mental and physical health problems. In preparation sessions, I provide guidance for how to access and honor your feelings in a safe, private space. In integration sessions, I help you interpret the lessons your feelings taught you and how to use these lessons to become a more authentic version of yourself.

The Process

STEP

Consultation and Intake: This initial stage involves a personal consultation where the individual’s needs, history, and goals are discussed. The intake process is designed to build a foundational understanding between the practitioner and the individual, ensuring that the journey ahead is tailored to their unique path towards healing. During this phase, the practitioner also educates the individual about the role of plant medicine in healing trauma, emphasizing its potential to disrupt negative thought patterns and foster new, healthier perspectives.

STEP

Preparation Session: Preparation is crucial for engaging with plant medicine. This session focuses on readying the mind and body for the journey ahead. Individuals are guided through practices and discussions aimed at setting intentions, understanding the process, and mentally preparing to confront and unravel the stories and beliefs that no longer serve them. This stage is about cultivating an open and receptive state of being, essential for the transformative experience.

STEP

Journey Session: The journey session is where the individual engages directly with the plant medicine under the careful guidance and support of the practitioner. This immersive experience is designed to facilitate a deep exploration of the subconscious, allowing individuals to confront and release the traumas, beliefs, and patterns ingrained in their default network. It’s a pivotal moment where profound insights and shifts can occur, guided by the wisdom and healing properties of the plant medicine.

STEP

Integration Session: Following the journey, the integration session is critical. It allows the individual to process and make sense of their experience, translating profound insights into actionable changes in their daily life. This session is about grounding the expanded consciousness achieved during the journey into a practical framework for living more authentically, without the burden of past traumas and negative patterns. The practitioner supports the individual in developing new coping mechanisms and making any necessary changes to their external environment or internal mindset.

STEP

Ongoing Support: Healing is an ongoing process. Therefore, Elevated by Evelyn offers continuous support to individuals as they navigate the complexities of life post-journey. This includes follow-up sessions, community support, and resources to ensure that the individual remains empowered to maintain their newfound sense of purpose, self-awareness, and authenticity. The goal is to ensure that the healing and transformation experienced through the process are sustained and integrated into every aspect of the individual’s life.

Psilocybin Facilitation Harm Reduction Package

Psilocybin Facilitation Harm Reduction Package: $1800 Includes: Consultation, intake, paperwork, preparation session, journey session, and integration session, and ongoing support throughout the process. Repeat sessions: $1200 (Sliding scale pricing available for anyone who is experiencing poverty) Service centers that I work with: Vital Reset Chariot The Journey Fractal Soul Room Rental: $400-950 (Various service centers are priced differently) Cost of Medicine: $100-$400 Room rental and medicine costs will be paid directly to licensed service centers. Facilitator harm reduction cost will be paid to Elevate with Evelyn. (Cost varies by amount taken and service center pricing)

Custom Offerings

Personalized individual journey sessions in Jamaica or anywhere that plant medicine is legal $3000 for three days plus $1000 per additional day and you pay for travel, lodging, and food costs. I give you my undivided attention where we carefully craft a personalized journey for you and deeply explore the depths of whatever it is you’re working on. $4000 for couples or groups of two. Group Retreats $500-$1000 per person. Hire me to facilitate your retreat for several days. You pay for travel expenses, lodging, and food. Additional Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are usually about an hour, but no hard cut offs if continued support is needed. Preparations sessions: $100 a session Integration sessions: $100 a session. $500 for a six week package
