Craig Salerno Counseling is a collection of Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselors (LAC), and integration coaches focused on supporting the mental health and transformation of our clients. We offer an array of services including individual psychotherapy, couples work, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and integration, and clinical supervision/consultation.
Our specialties include addressing addiction and substance use issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and spiritual or existential concerns. We draw from evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and also work from a Contemplative Psychotherapy frame utilizing mindfulness and meditation. Our psychedelic therapists are trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and are passionate about psychedelic integration.
We strive to combine the evidence-based practices of Western psychotherapy with the wisdom and compassion of Eastern psychology. We look forward to working with you!
The Process
STEP
1
We provide a free 15-minute consultation to assess fit and readiness. Once approved, you will complete a series of preparation sessions with a trained psychotherapist or coach. We will refer you to one of our collaborating prescribers where you will complete a medical evaluation and receive the appropriate medicine for your journey. We will then complete a series of psychedelic sessions focused towards your goals. We follow-up all our work with integration counseling and group support.
