I’m Sharnie, and I’m a psychosomatic therapist. I provide a non-judgemental therapy service to help people effectively heal their trauma, allowing them to unlock and live in their full potential. As a psychosomatic therapist and a trained Spinal Energetics practitioner. I’ve experienced the life-changing benefits of releasing the deep trauma within ourselves in order to live a more fulfilled life. I’m committed to the transformation & healing of my clients and serve them with compassion and empathy. I work with individuals worldwide who choose altered states of consciousness for healing, providing pre and post-integration support. I guide clients in reflecting on their experiences and identifying areas for further healing in the pre and post integration process. When we use altered states of consciousness to heal, these states can reveal shadows, traumas, and areas requiring attention. This often lead to inner awakening and divine experiences, connecting individuals to the unconscious. I draw from personal experiences of altered states of consciousness in the Amazon and Costa Rica. I guide others in their own transformation, healing, and awakening through various forms of psychedelic medicines. I can’t wait to meet you and begin our work together.

The Process

STEP

Booking a session is easy, simply going to my website and clicking on the Book Now button on the top right hand side of my website. Booking a Spinal Energetics session is as easy as going to the Spinal Energetics tab on the website and clicking on the Book Now button on the Spinal Energetics page. When booking a Spinal Energetics session there is an intake form to fill out as there are contra-indications that are not compatible with Spinal Energetics. There are no intake forms for my counselling or EMDR sessions, screening for EMDR and psycho-somatic sessions are done in session with myself.

STEP

Our first session is getting to know each other, me gathering history and background. EMDR is not something I enter into with clients straight away, we will work towards EMDR over time to ensure you are able to sit in discomfort and you have a good idea of your core beliefs that limit you. Spinal Energetics is entered into straight away, clients need to know that Spinal Energetics is a trauma releasing tool and that there is a high likely-hood of difficult emotions arising.

STEP

We will continue to work together over time to formulate intentions and working towards your journey. I am guided by the client as to how long they want to work on their trauma, their experiences prior to their journey. I always say to clients that the longer you can work on yourself before your journey the better. Having a good mind/body connection and a good understanding of what you want insight or healing on will always ensure an optimal and healing experience.
