I am a State Licensed Psilocybin Services Facilitator and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Portland, Oregon. For the past 30 years, I have had the privilege of accompanying many people on their journeys of self-discovery and personal healing. As a psychotherapist and group facilitator, I have cared for those struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues and more.
My own journey has been one of endless curiosity and discovery, absorbing a fascinating variety of practices that facilitate healing. I have been especially drawn to holistic approaches that include the mysterious language of the unconscious – dreamwork, EMDR, expressive artwork such as SoulCollage® and the visionary states of psychedelics. I have explored the depths of my own psyche through these practices which, along with mindfulness meditation, have helped me to cultivate presence, attunement, and an ability to trust the process. My many years of experience exploring the dreaming psyche provides an excellent foundation as we sit together after your journey and begin to weave your visions into the fabric of your life.
I am continually amazed at the inner healing wisdom that each of us carries, and delighted when that inner healer becomes available in these experiences. I will work to prepare you for this sacred journey with compassion, humor, a warm welcoming presence, and deep respect. The Process

Initial 30 minute Zoom consultation call to screen for contraindications, assess goodness of fit and to answer questions about the process and what to expect.

Schedule a one hour preparation session where we will discuss the risks and benefits of a psilocybin journey, and your intentions, readiness, hopes and fears, prior experiences, etc. We will also complete the paperwork that is required by the Oregon Health Authority. If you feel ready and we have dealt with any potential issues, we will then reserve a room at a local Psilocybin Service Center where your journey will take place and schedule a 2nd preparation session to occur about a week before the journey. In this session we will get into more detail about what to expect the day of the journey and how to specifically prepare for that.

3
Journey Day, depending on the dosage can last anywhere from 4 -8 hours. I will meet you at the service center and stay with you throughout the journey until we both feel you are safe to be picked up and go home.

We will schedule an integration session, usually the following day. Where we can reflect on what happened together and begin to process any insights that came through. We will schedule another integration session between 2-3 weeks after to continue this process and help you determine what you may want to weave into your life as a result of your experience.
