I work with adults who are experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family concerns, academic stressors (including transitioning into higher education), identity development, and self-exploration. From a trauma-informed lens, I will work with you collaboratively to understand your experiences - your joy, your pain, your struggles, and your goals and aspirations. I am a great match for anyone with a desire to get to know themselves and get to know the many parts that make up who we are and influence how we live. Together we'll help you continue along on your journey - wherever that may take you!
The Process
STEP

Consultation and Screening - let's get to know each other see if working together makes sense. I offer free 15 minutes consultations.

Intake - Our first session or two is really focused on getting to know more about you, your lived-experience, goals, etc. This will set the stage for the beginning of our work together.

Preparation, Treatment - This will all be highly individualized depending on the needs and goals of the client. I offer in-office psychedelic therapy with ketamine. I connect my clients with a medical team that will assess the client and, if appropriate, prescribe the medicine.

Integration - I offer integration work for clients who engage with ketamine assisted therapy with me and for those who engage with their own medicine work and come to me solely for integration and support.
