I help people prepare for, move through and integrate their transpersonal and medicine experiences, so they can best be utilized for healing. In a session, I hold a sacred and safe container for you to tell your story and use a combination of somatic and expressive art modalities, along with earth-based ritual, to help embody the learnings and provide support and grounding in places of struggle.
I offer a calm, solid presence and reverence & joy for life, inviting and supporting you to be with and move through stuckness, struggle and chaos, inspiring and guiding you to listen to your body & connect to yourself, others & the earth so that you can find lightness, freedom, and aliveness, and help you live your purpose meaningfully in the world with integrity and authenticity! I am here to remind you of your deep connection to the earth, so that it may be a resource for you in times of need, holding you and guiding you, teaching you to be gentle with yourself, as you are a part of her, and protecting and respecting the earth is protecting and respecting yourself.
Weaving together somatic/movement/body-based interventions, principles and techniques from ecotherapy, traditional talk therapy, ritual, and other surprises in my tool bag, we will find, together, the best method to help you move forward in your integration.
The Process

After a client reaches out to me, we will set up a 15-20 minute free intro call where we can ask each other questions to assess if it would be a good fit to work together. If we decide to move forward, I will send out further intake forms to learn more about you and your needs, and we will set up our first session together, and let the magic begin.
