I am a trauma-informed and state licensed psilocybin facilitator with extensive experience working with psychedelics. I also have degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Nursing, with 10+years of critical care nursing including cardiac intensive care. I am deeply in love with humanity and the experience of being human and find it easy to create a sense of safety and full acceptance that supports clients as they gain access to their own inner healing wisdom.

The Process

STEP

The first step is a 30-45 intake and screening call which helps us get to know each other as well as to help determine if psilocybin is a safe option for you. We will also discuss fees and answer any questions or concerns you have about the process. Your questions are always welcome throughout the process. Your sense of safety is paramount and we will go at a pace that feels comfortable for you throughout the process.

STEP

Once you decide to move forward there is required paperwork that will be sent via a secure service. Once that is completed, we schedule 2 preparation appointments, your journey day, and 2 integration appointments. There is also a more informal preparation session that happens the day before your journey at the service center so we can meet in person and also to help you feel settled in the service center. During your preparation appointments we will go over the legal paperwork. We will explore your goals, expectations, challenges, and start to clear the path for accessing your own healing wisdom through a range of tools and deep conversation.

STEP

Preparation appointments are online video appointments through a secure telehealth service or can be in-person if you are local to Southern Oregon. The informal meeting at the service center is in-person, your journey day is at the service center, and your first integration appointment is the day after your journey at the service center as well. Your final integration is held online over the secure telehealth platform. If you wish to schedule more integration that is always an option.

Session Types

Psilocybin Journey

In your psilocybin journey we will do a check-in to make sure that all of you is feeling ready for your journey. We can incorporate any rituals or practices that are meaningful to you before you ingest the mushrooms. Once you ingest the mushrooms I will ensure that you remain safe throughout your journey and will work with you to integrate any challenging content before you leave the center. You will leave the center when we both feel it is safe for you to do so, and meet again in the morning to begin processing your experience and start incorporating elements that you wish to include in order to enrich your life or further your journey on your healing path.
