Chelsea is a ceremonialist and facilitator of healing and transformation. She assists others by creating sacred space for awakening through ritual, ceremony and embodiment, with the purpose of evoking deep remembrance and connection to Divine Essence and personal power. Her work is inspired by her passion for and dedication to reconnecting to the Earthways of her ancestors and recreating balance and harmony through right relationship with the Feminine.
Chelsea has been initiated as a Pampamessayoc in the Q’ero lineage and continues to be a humble student of the wisdom and teachings. She is also certified as an Integration Coach through the Plant Medicine School, Level 2 Reiki Master, a Horse Coaching practitioner and has learned from various teachers on subjects including trauma informed facilitation and integration, somatic coaching and facilitation, and Shamanic practices.
The soul of Chelsea’s work, however, is informed by her own healing and journey of remembrance. In young adulthood, Chelsea pursued a deep calling to the Middle East, gaining a degree in Middle East studies and living abroad in the region for 9 years. Chelsea has traveled solo extensively around the world, activating many codes within herself from the places she has been called to. Her travels also remind her that we have something to learn from every person that crosses our paths. Ultimately, a desire for a greater purpose and a more devotional life led Chelsea to the medicine path and to a deep connection to her Divine Feminine essence, her awakening and reconnection to Spirit.
Her approach bridges nature, embodiment practices, shadow work, spiritual practice, ritual, energy work, and the sacred force of love to create an approach that allows others to connect to their own innate wisdom within. As a guide, she believes that her role is to act as a mirror to others and to assist them in seeing their own unique purpose, authentic selves, and path to self-love.
The Process

Screening - I have a comprehensive screening process which includes intentionality, medical and psychiatric history, and current medical and psychiatric condition. The screening process involves a screening form and a screening call.

Intake and Preparation - once screening is completed, the intake process begins. Comprehensive information is shared with participants, and a preparation protocol is given with emotional, spiritual and physical preparation guidelines that must be adhered to. 1-1 Prep and intention setting support is available.

Ceremony - whether a one night or longer retreat experience, my ceremony is a safe container where sacred space is upheld at the highest levels of integrity. Personalized support and guidance and Shamanic energy work are an important part of the process. As a trauma-informed facilitator, my priority is safety. Additionally, I have been initiated into a Shamanic lineage and have learned how to work with the spirit world and energetics of the space, which is essential to the safety of these experiences. I have personally sat with the medicines over many years and many times on my own journey and have a deep relationship developed over a long period of time. I have facilitated over 50 ceremonies and served over 200 participants. Experience and relationship with the medicines is essential to the safety of a participant in this space.

Integration - the ceremony itself is only half of the work. Integrating the experience into daily life is essential for lasting change. Our organization offers free basic integration support to all members, as well as extensive support available after the ceremony for additional investment.
