Casa Santa Isabel was created to provide guests with the experience of an all inclusive resort. Our luxury facility in Rosarito Beach, Mexico offers you or a loved one an alternative to traditional rehabilitation. The Process

Contact our admissions department for more information and to fill out our patient survey.

Our doctors will review your case and eligibility for our program.

We provide complimentary ride service from the Mexican side of the border in San Ysidro. For an extra fee we can schedule driver to pick you up at the San Diego international airport.
Upon arrival our staff will welcome you and immediately begin checking you in with a drug screen, vital signs, and electrocardiogram. After that you’ll get settled into your room and meet with one of our psychologists.

During your stay you will have access to a gym, cedar sauna and Jacuzzi. While at Casa Santa Isabel we provide three vegetarian meals a day with teas and juices. A plant- based diet serves as a cornerstone of our approach, providing your body with an abundance of vital nutrients, vitamins and minerals found exclusively in nature. By eliminating processed foods and incorporating whole, plant-based ingredients, while with us you will embark on a journey of revitalization and rejuvenation.

Depending on your treatment plan we may begin Ibogaine (flood dose following a test dose) the very next evening. You will then spend up to 48 hours under the effects of Ibogaine, although most patients are up and around the following afternoon.

Once you have recovered from the ibogaine treatment, we will schedule your complimentary massage therapy session. If you have chosen to include DMT in your treatment it will be given at this time.

Complimentary ride service to the border will be offered or for an extra fee a drop off at the San Diego airport.
