Brandi has years supporting and holding space for people in end-of-life stages, with long-term illness and cancer. She believes in everyone’s innate wisdom to heal themselves but that many of us have blocks preventing this from happening. Together with Brandi’s guidance, she feels that psilocybin can help remove those blocks. With an extensive background with Buddhism, meditation and mindfulness techniques she utilizes this approach within her sessions to help uncover what might be causing people to struggle. She also has been effective in helping people get to the core of their difficulties through compassionate inquiry and leading with supportive presence. As an aid for your journey, she likes to offer guidance on self-exploration around core needs, self-limiting beliefs and purpose, all from a non-judgmental space. Brandi helps people with anxiety, depression, PTSD, confidence issues, chronic pain, chronic illness, and end of life stress. She facilitates 1:1 sessions as well as groups. In addition to her healing work Brandi volunteers at OHSU in the oncology unit. She has experience with IFS, EFT and Breathwork and training in Mindfulness Meditation, Non-Violent Communication, Authentic Relating, and Mindful Self-Compassion.
