Bespoke Treatment sees patients as humans. We don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, our clinical team spends time getting to know you, closely monitoring your progress, and supporting your unique needs. We think critically about your mental healthcare, so you can concentrate on feeling better. We specialize in treatment-resistant mental health disorders and excel at helping first-time sufferers find lasting relief.
The Process

Complete a pre-assessment form.

Attend an intake session.
STEP

Schedule an appointment.

Come into the office for your appoinment and speak with the provider while being set up for your session.

Be monitored throughout your session.
STEP

The number of sessions is up to the patient. We recommend at least a course of 2 sesssions per week for 8 weeks.

Dr. Nima Fahimian, is double board-certified in both Integrative Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Dr. Fahimian is well known for advancing the field of psychiatry with his particular expertise in psychopharmacology, biofeedback, and Express TMS. With a head for research and a heart for clinical care, Dr. Fahimian ensures that his patients are treated with the most effective, up-to-date, and safest treatments available. Dr. Fahimian was trained at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, where he was appointed to be the Chief Resident during his psychiatry residency. Dr. Fahimian has held faculty appointments at UC Davis, UC Irvine, and is currently an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at UC Riverside.
