3 Ayahuasca Ceremonies Experience three profound and soul-merging plant medicine ceremonies throughout your stay. Led by our shamans Carlos and Giovanny, each ceremony is tailored to help you recieve your miracle. To date, Carlos and Giovanny have conducted over 3 000 individual ceremonial experiences. Ceremonies are led by our experienced shamans who have been trained in the Colombian tradition by Taita Aristides Piaguaje and other well-respected teacher shamans from the Siona community.

Farm-to-table, organic meals Proper nourishment is the foundation of a happy life. At Comida Restaurant, we nourish our guests in the most supportive and aligned way possible through meals curated specifically for the plant medicine and spiritual work at Sierra Ancestral. the Sierra Ancestral Way program, utilizing his vast knowledge of plant-based and nutrient-dense cooking, combined with several years of input from various medicine workers and shaman from around the world. Comida provides whole-food, plant-focused fare that not only supports our guests and staff but also comforts and inspires.

3 Healing massages & Yoga classes The therapy consists of three procedures: Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Relieving Massage. Chiropractic therapy corrects scoliosis, kyphosis, pelvic dysmetria, dislocations and all musculoskeletal disorders. It also releases the “nervous flow” generating great physical and emotional well-being. It works specifically on the central nervous system, releasing nervous and energy blockages. Yoga pairs perfectly with plant medicine to help integrate and process your experiences with a calm, clear mind. Created by Ayahuasca healers & wellness experts, it’s designed to create balance & groundedness; getting you out of your head and into your body. We use an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga. Our yoga teachers have been trained and fully benefited from classical and innovative approaches to yoga. Students on all levels, beginner to expert, are welcomed to participate and are empowered to experience the classes.

Individual healings and spiritual cleasing. During your seven-day stay in Sierra Ancestral, you will receive a private session with the shaman, a spiritual cleansing, and a plant bath. 2 Organized tours to natural wonders around Minca area While you are taking a day off from Ayahuasca ceremonies, we will organize tours so you could visit some of the most beautiful natural wonders in South America. Minca is located just 10 km from Siera Ancestral estate, and that area has some of the richest ecosystems in Colombia. You will have the opportunity to visit natural waterfalls Marinka and La Victoria Coffee Farm tour.

Soundhealing When sound flows through our body, it affects its vibration and allows for molecular rearrangement. The sound carries a certain frequency and the body recognizes it. Certain harmonic combinations of sound are interpreted by the human body as a key to restoring internal balance, returning to a state of health. That key is harmony, which turns sound into a powerful tool of transformation. Sound can modify any substance, reorganize it, and ultimately heal.

Ayahuasca ceremony

Ayahuasca consists of banisteriopsis caapi + chakruna, two plants, which together have cleaning abilities. Yagé works on three levels: the body, the soul and the spirit. It cleans the body (you might vomit or have diarrhea), gives visions (you might see colours or other beings, be more sensitive to light) and gives you clarity of thought (you might realise or understand things more deeply, feel deeper emotions). The experience is different for everyone and it might be that you get all these experiences, just some of them or that you feel nothing. In any case, yagé is working and doing the necessary healing to aid you in whatever you need. Thus, don't worry about purging or try to hold back any experience you might have, but let yourself be guided and be open to whatever it might bring you, as the plant is here to aid you. If you have any questions or worries, always ask Carlos or Giovanny, they will be there for you at all times.

Rapé ceremony

What is Rapé?🍂 Rapé is a sacred medicine, a great tool to calm the mind and connect with the essence of the universe. It is composed mainly of tobacco and ashes from the bark of sacred trees that determine its subtle alchemy. Achieving a fine powder which is projected through the nostrils using a hand-made applicator or self-applicator. 🌬It is projected through a breath that can be strong or soft, but deep. 🌪It can be self-projected with a clear intention or projected by another person who has the knowledge of the proper use of snuff 🍂 Grandfather tobacco is always present helping to organize, integrate and balance thoughts, directing them with a specific purpose. Tobacco is a master plant that is found on all continents and has been linked to man since ancient times. It is a gateway of connection par excellence with the spirit and the universe. Tobacco is considered the most important of the master plants, the one that acts as the conductor of the symphony orchestra.
