The Process

1. Intake and Assessment: Upon arrival, each participant completes a comprehensive intake form detailing their medical history, current medications, and personal objectives for the retreat. This is followed by a one-on-one session with our licensed therapist to assess individual needs and establish a tailored therapy plan.

Personalized Therapy Sessions: Based on the initial assessment, participants are guided through a series of therapy sessions, which may include guided Yoga, MDMA-assisted psychotherapy, breathwork, or Psilocybin sessions. Each session is conducted in a safe, controlled environment, overseen by trained professionals.

Post-Session Reflection and Integration: After each therapy session, participants engage in reflective activities such as journaling, group sharing, or individual counseling.
