I have been working in the field of mental health for 14 years, and practicing with my MS in Mental Health Counseling for 10 years. While I no longer operate as a traditional MH Counselor, I utilize my expertise in trauma-informed care, somatic psychology, and integrative human centered counseling to offer a variety of therapeutic containers that are grounded in safety and a high level of ethical care.
I specialize in complex trauma and grief, spiritual awakening and psychedelic integration. The healing containers I hold are integrative, heart-centered, mindful, somatic, psychological, and spiritual. Whether it’s my ongoing 1:1 Shamanic Soul Coaching, Deep Dive Healing Ceremonies, Integration Sessions, or Therapeutic Coaching Groups, or Community Grief Rituals—my work is an artful and intuitive blend of trauma informed psychological space holding, somatic therapies, earth based ritual, Shamanic energy medicine, subconscious healing, Oracle divination, and sound healing.
I have been holding space for medicine journeys and psychedelic integration for the last 6 years. Most of the work I offer in this context is 1:1 which allows for a highly personalized journeys and deep transformation.
The Process
STEP
1
INITIAL CONSULT - It begins with a free consult call which is typically 30 mins or less. From here we discuss your needs and what I can offer, and we both feel into if we are a right fit to move forward together. We will agree to a course of action, financials, and I will recommend how many preparation sessions are needed.
STEP

PREPARATION SESSIONS - Typically clients work with me for 1-3 preparation sessions (50 mins each) before we get into the ceremonial work. This is a time where we go over your relevant history, create and establish our working relationship and the safety of our container, make sure you are resourced and prepared for your ceremony, engage in some psychotherapeutic processing, cover the details of the ceremony and the process of preparation with diet and lifestyle leading up to the ceremony.

CEREMONY - Each ceremony is unique, but all have a clear beginning, middle and end. We will both set aside a full day to devote to the ceremony. Ceremonies can last 6-12 (or more) hours depending on differing factors, and it is important that we both have clear schedules to devote to the care and energy needed for this transformational experience. In the process of ceremony there is energetic cleansing, the invocation of sacred space, prayers, sacraments, meditation, sound healing, mindful movement, connection with nature, psychotherapeutic processing and guided subconscious healing, silence, stillness, energy healing, and nourishment with food and initial integration conversations to close our ceremony day.

INTEGRATION SESSIONS - Typically clients work with me for 1-3 integration sessions (50 mins each) after we complete the ceremonial work. In these sessions we focus on supporting your process of digesting the ceremony experience, gaining clarity on practical ways to integrate the wisdoms and lessons of your ceremony into everyday life, and continuing the healing work that began or deepened for you in ceremony.

While western therapies are powerful, they are not always the answer, especially when we are deeply needing to address collective & communal healing. Individual therapy can help us do some deep & important work in the psychological and relational realms, but it doesn’t directly create multidimensional collective or ancestral healing. It doesn’t address the energetics of our trauma or acknowledge the deep interconnected webs of spirit & energy that just simple ARE. This is where shamanic & spiritual practice are key. Working with the spiritual energies, the elements, medicines of the earth, Quantum clearing, addressing our consumption on all levels, subconscious work & soul retrievals, deep embodiment that is energetically & spiritually aware—all of these are key in deeper healing.
